We eat here weekly and find their food and staff to be top notch. Friendly is not just their name. The food has always been good and plentiful, and really tasty. Best crepes I've ever had. I prefer their cream filled blueberry crepes. The blueberry compote is awesome with Berries the size of marbles and filled with a sweet cream that would please a king.
High paced, local, fast service, great tasting food, and good prices. Everything you want in a family style resteraunt.With a drink and meal, you should anticipate spending roughly $15 per person that eats. Service is wonderful and the food tastes freshly prepared.Went in and had around 10 tables in front of us ready to be seated. Even with waiting, ordering our food and eating we were there for less than 1 1/2 hours in total. Waitress was fast and responsive whenever we needed refills and the food was out within 15 minutes despite them being absoutely packed.Will certainly be back again to eat here. Highly recommend if your looking for a lunch or breakfast location to eat in this area.Parking is the only tough part, but you understand why once you have visited here.
They serve GRITS & these folks know what they're doing....Heaven on earth !!!!! Everything & I mean everything is delicious. I came on an earlier visit with a group and had grilled pork chops. It was seasoned & burnt just right like home. I ate it really slow just to enjoy the flavors dancing across my tastebuds. I almost ask to have them rearm it. Something else that was awesome. Large groups were seated right away & served in timely manner even though their order was placed ahead of me. My food came out piping hot. The staff is on point operating like a fine tuned machine. I ll be back again just to make sure I didn't like this experience ?. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. The grits alone is 20 stars . Reminds me of home.
Staff was totally accommodating on a busy busy day. Group of 7 was no problem in their larger group area. Food was quick and very good.
This is the best family owned restaurant by a long shot! The food is always top- notch! They have the best breakfast, lunch and dinner! The lunch specials that Joe serves are cooked to high standards and are very delicious! If you get something that doesn't meet your standards, talk to Joe! He wants to know, so he can correct it. Joe and Ida are constantly checking with their customers to see how the food tastes and how they are doing! These are genuinely nice people,who care about others!
Stopped in for breakfast and the portions were huge. Tried my best but couldn't finish it all.
I've been here a handful of times and the food is always excellent. The prices are more than fair, the portions are generous, and the service is wonderful. The food has that home cooked meal quality that's very hard to nail and greatly appreciated when it's done well. Friendship dinner does it right.

Went there today February 27,2022. Was our first time and it won’t be the last. From the moment we walked in the door it was welcoming. The waitress was happy and made us feel at home. The food was hot delicious and plentiful. The prices are good and the coffee is the best.
Our first time dining here. It was very busy, but we were sat immediately, and our server was excellent! We came for lunch and I ordered the Gyro with fries. It was pretty good. A little dry and under seasoned but adequate for an American Diner. My husband got the pork tenderloin, German fries, and a biscuit with a small side of gravy. His tenderloin & biscuit were excellent. I was surprised that the gravy was just a plain white gravy and bland. We did have salt and pepper to remedy everything, so it was pretty good. However, our server was awesome and very friendly, as were all the other employees. Next time, I am getting breakfast! I think it's a better choice for this restaurant. The menu is HUGE & may have too many items, in my opinion, to keep everything consistent.
