Five Stars to ELSIE at the West Side Fazoli’s’s in Evansville,IN.Elsie is very deserving of high remarks!!!Efficient, courteous, reliable and thinks ahead of what customers will need to enjoy their dining experience at your location. We enjoyed our meal very much because of her attentiveness.
Literally ordered one signature bake and have been waiting 15 mins for a TO GO ORDER. A family of five literally came in and got their HUGE ORDER for dine in after 3 MINS and it’s going on 18 mins and still don’t have my food. Not even hungry anymore. Literally a family of 5 got their 12 item order after 3 mins and I’ve been waiting almost 20 for my one item. Ridiculous. Terrible management. Nobody wearing gloves. Just all around awful.

This place needs to be shut down. The workers are so incompetent. They can't get any of the orders right and no one acts professional at all.

Server seemed angry the whole time. Table had crumbs on it. Red pepper flasks empty. Table behind us was empty with plates on it. Parmesan Cheese was stale. The health department needs to shut this place down. Disgusting.
