It's been a long time since I visited the Donut Bank, having moved away from Evansville decades ago. Fellow visitors delivered donuts, bagels and coffee over several days, and I remembered why Donut Bank is so good. The donuts and bagels are delicious, as expected. But the coffee is the best I've had from any takeout place. It's so much better than the franchises!
I just ordered my 15th cake. The girls at St. Joe are amazing. And Monica, the best decorator ever, NEVER disappoints. When I need an outstanding cake for a special occasion, I choose Donut Bank. ❤️?❤️

The fondant cookies are amazing. Anything with the maple icing is good. So much goodness. Way better than krispy kreme
I went a week ago and got a milk. It was bad. Dated Feb 2nd. Called to let them know. Got another one today, same date. Was bad again.
Donut bank is and always has been great, and I prefer the coffee to a lot of other places in the area. That said, it would be nice if they would update the menu online. With seasonal/ limited items you basically have no idea they exist before you're at the menu trying to order unless you visit the Facebook page and scroll through posts from the last month.
Delicious donuts and hot chocolate at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and quick to process orders, and the place is open early. Store is clean and has a nice selection of drinks and treats.
The Newburgh location has completely lost our business. I have never in my life been treated like SARAH treats the customers on the drive thru speaker at any other donut bank. She doesn’t let you finish your sentences, she’s rude and she acts like any item you add is such an inconvenience to her. Surely they can find someone other than her to work this position. Awful way to start to the day with her acting like the customers are such a burden. I even noticed the customers’ behind me facial expressions when she was done taking their order. Very unprofessional. We will stick with other locations.
