I purchased three donuts on Wednesday. I ate one in the shop. I put the other two in a plastic bag and put them in the car. I promptly forgot about them. Today, Monday morning, I remembered them. I just ate one and it was still delicious and not the least stale. I was going to pop it in the microwave but after tasting it, found it was not necessary. Going to have my apple fritter tomorrow.

Great service! Great selection! Great donuts!

Good if you are looking for donuts not too sweet

I just ordered my 15th cake. The girls at St. Joe are amazing. And Monica, the best decorator ever, NEVER disappoints. When I need an outstanding cake for a special occasion, I choose Donut Bank. ❤️?❤️

Delicious Donuts, Genuinely courteous staff, Great Value and super speedy!!!!

The girls at the Princeton location are seriously the sweetest!!!! They’re so helpful & always so nice to every customer ❤️❤️

Love Donut Bank. Their donuts are always so fresh!!

I went to use a gift card for my purchase and was told that they could not process it at the moment because “the system was down”. I called and spoke to Cindy and told her how disappointed my class was that they were unable to get their cookies over a system issue. Cindy filled the order the following morning for free and even gave my class an additional gift card to use at another time. Customer service like this has started to fade at many places, but I am so thankful that people like Cindy are still around to make our experience the best it can be!

Donut bank is and always has been great, and I prefer the coffee to a lot of other places in the area. That said, it would be nice if they would update the menu online. With seasonal/ limited items you basically have no idea they exist before you're at the menu trying to order unless you visit the Facebook page and scroll through posts from the last month.
