Make sure you say exactly what you want on your pizza how you want your pizza the size crust you would like for your pizza specifically say cut it in squares or just slice my pizza the brownies they had they should have kept the breadsticks are good the cheese needs to upgrade cheese cups Mariners good garlic sauce is good garlic butter drinks good and if the phone is too busy to answer at least say Domino's Pizza can you hold please
Second time ordering and was thinking maybe the first time was just bad luck.Food is great.Delivery time is over an hour, both times. We live within walking distance. *face palm*This won't happen again.We will just order elsewhere.
They won't have to even think I may order anything from them againI ordered a buffalo chicken pizza large thin crust. There was very little çhicken on it. Some peaces didn't have any on it. They didn't like drizzle on the buffalo sauce you couldn't even see cheese. At least I got it because I went there to order it. Last time I ordered people the card told yh pick up. Showed up between 30 to 45 minutes later they was close.
ordered 2 pizzas fir carry out. Went to pick them up and sat there for another 20 minutes and never got my pizzas. The employees completely ignored me like i wasnt even there
Update: we ordered again about 2 weeks later and they brought it to our door no problem so it seems they just decide whenever they want to make up their own policy.After we ordered our food and was waiting on it, we get a call from the store informing us that we have to meet them outside for it. That would not have been a big deal, but their excuse was "we have a new GM and due to covid ...." I couldn't understand how it had changed in 24 hrs considering we had also ordered the night before and they brought it to my front door in my apartment building. Then, when I went downstairs and outside to meet the driver for the food, he wasn't wearing a mask! So .. I had to leave my small children inside by themselves because of covid but yet he wasn't wearing a mask. Not to mention it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, so they could have brought the food to my front door and left it outside the door seeing as I had ready paid for it with a card online.
If you want food poisoning, this is the store to go to. My pizza was cold and I think they only heated the crust. The rest was uncooked.They refuse to listen to complaints and the manager pretends to not understand English if you try.
Asked for marinara sauce instead of tomato sauce. There was only a line on outside of pizza with none in the center. Plus the crust was still doughy in center. They are trying to cook it to fast and it's not getting done correctly. This is the second time after year of not ordering that it was still not cooked to being done.
if i could’ve rated this a zero star i would’ve. our pizza was not cooked it was left doughy. our cinnamon sticks has no cinnamon on them, our food was cold & nasty we spent 50.00 and didn’t eat but a couple bites because of how nasty everything was i rarely order from this one but i have covid so i had to have it delivered. i called to just merely let the manager know what was going on, and she was rude yelled at me and told me she was not giving me my meal for free which wasn’t at all what i even wanted. so now i’m calling corporate;)
Quality is horrendous at this store. Parm bites had no parm on them. Twists no cinnamon, sandwich next to nothing. Driver tried to claim amount due was more than what it was. Called the store and the shift lead stated the store manager was fired, he was it. K kavion, was his name. When I called to complain was hung up on.
Pizza is always cold. The estimated time was supposed to be 31 minutes yet it took over a hour to be delivered. The store is less than a 10 minute drive from my home. I will never order from this location again. This was the last chance ill give them
