This Dairy Queen sucks, I am on the road all the time I go to many Dairy Queens to get a large milkshake with brownie bits and this is the first Dairy Queen I've been to that says they can't do that because it messes up their cups. Drove to the one on 41 and Virginia and they made it no problem. Thanks for being difficult.
The general business practice of having the oldest kid in change and the newest one in the drive thru is not working. After 30min in the drive thru the order was wrong, again.
Paid for my food at 8:00pm and was told to pull around to please wait. At 8:20 I get my food and told that the hot dogs I ordered they are out of. So after all of that I didn't get everything I waited for initially and ended up having to get a refund for those. I was told she "doesn't work the grill and can't control how long it took". 20 minutes is not fast food and very unacceptable.
I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal deal with extra gravy. As you can see the 2 little cups I received are half full and nothing but peppered water. This is the third time this has happened.
We Ordered 2 small blizzards. Cheesecake royal had 1 piece of cheesecake. neither had anything in the bottom half.
I went through the drive thru around 12:15 ( Lunch time) Soggy cold fries. Hamburger was hard and cold. I will not go back to this DQ.
It was ok but the fries was cold and we ate in the car outside. Everything else was all good.
I brought a large group into this Dairy Queen for dinner that was mostly teenagers. However, this DQ was a breath of fresh air when it came to fast food. Justin showed courtesy and attentiveness to our order. He also checked up on us. Our food was fresh and had a great time! Thank you DQ and Justin for an over the top experience on Saturday for dinner.
i come to this location often. some visits are better than others. tonight the girl at the window made my day. not only was she extremely polite and had great manners and greeted me with a smile. my food was fresh as well. i asked her name and she said it was chelsea. so go chelsea!! you are a hard worker!!
It was not worth the wait, it took them 15 minutes just to give us our blizzard. Then they walked up and said “have you got your food yet”. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries. And two blizzards. We were in there for half an hour, and we got 2 blizzards, one cheeseburger on no fries.
