called a few days ago, and asked if i could reschedule a interview because i couldn’t make it. the person who picked up the phone didn’t say a single word and just hung up .
How does a DQ run out of chocolate? All they could offer was a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Bah.
Employees were very nice. Scooped into my ice cream, a pecan was moldy. So very nasty. Couldn’t finish rest of my ice cream.
If you want slow service and a blizzard that is runny then go here, they did tip the cup but it did have a lid on it so nothing would spill out. Pulled away opened all 4 we ordered all were watery thin. Didn’t bother going back. Just save yourself the time go to a different location or just go to their competitors.
Difficult to give a good review as service and food have both varied widely after several visits.
The food was great. The service was slow. After 20 min we asked about our order and they kinda got stinky with us for asking. Whatever ?♂️
Went here to get a burger and ice cream through the drive-thru and a lady/girl who was taking my order stated that she couldn’t hear me. So I spoke up so she could hear me. She asked me again. So I spoke a little louder. After she asked the third time and I spoke a little louder so she can hear me, the lady/girl stated that I had an attitude before passing the mic to someone else.The food came out great but I really didn’t appreciate being told that after she stated that she couldn’t hear me through the intercom.
The food was good and fresh. The wait was so long. Do not go there if you are in a hurry. Make sure you check your bags and drinks. Our drinks where all carbonated water instead of sprite.
So me & my fiance were waiting in line for 15 minutes. Than they told us & the person in front of us they couldn't take our order cause they were about to close we drive & see they have at least 4 people working. I'm at the point where I'm going somewhere else for ice cream
Have tried to leave accurate review but there's not enough room. Bottom line is our order was incorrectly filled & a young woman with blond/ green/ blue hair with 2 black beads in her nose identified herself as the manager. Wouldn't give her name. Wouldn't look at our order, said we got what we ordered. She refused to look at our order. She just smiled & said it was correct & sent us on our way. That's not the way you treat loyal customers. The woman was rude & wrong.
