one worker took our order completely wrong and messed up our blizzard and got so mad when we asked to have the correct one. she was not nice
Update to the review below from 3 weeks earlier: The dining room is open during lunch and they are trying to hire more staff to open it fully. Go DQ!!!We wanted to eat inside but the dining room was closed. My wife called a week later to ask if the dining area was opened. The lady who answered the phone said they want to open it but don't have enough staff. We will try this location again at a later date.
Worst experience. I order 2 chicken strips basket and asked for gravy they still gave me ranch. I ASKED FOR GRAVY NOT RANCH. And when I asked for gravy they was very rude about me asking for it!!!’n needless to say I did not get gravy because they was trying to charge me for it when I asked… I’m highly upset with the service and would love to be contacted by the owner or general manager.
I stopped to get dinner. 9:07. Apparently, they close at 9:00. I didn't know that. I pulled in to the drive-through. I sat at the speaker box; no one answered. I pulled around and sat at the window; no one so much as acknowledged me. No one came to the window and said, "Hello, sir. I'm sorry, but we are closed for the evening." Very lousey customer service. If there was a rating of less than 1 star, I would've given that rating. If you want good customer service (if even just to tell you that they are already closed), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!
It’s an ok location, but sometimes it seems like they don’t clean out the blizzard machine entirely. My cheesecake blizzard had a ton of cookie dough in the bottom.
Even though it's just drive through only I got my food and was able to get in and out in a short. Of time
Always quality food and service. They train their staff very well and even with long lines at times, they get people through quickly. Always love to see a family-run business that is able to be so efficient and caring towards the customer.
The service was fine and the workers were fine.The sign they have posted saying they are under staffed because "no one wants to work" was not fine. If this is what corporate Dairy Queen supports I'll be finding a different location for my ice creams and chicken strips.

Website shows 2 scoops for a small, I got MAYBE 1 full scoop and asked the employee about it and he blamed it on the machine and wouldn't remake the ice cream or give me a refund. Would recommend Lic's, Cold Stone Creamery, or GD Ritzy's instead.
