I don't normally take the time to write bad reviews, but when it gets to the point where I expect my order to be messed up every time- then it's time to leave a review.......Every single time I go to this Culver's (it's closest to home), they mess up my order, and it's always a combination of and/or 1 of these 3 ice cream issues-1. They leave out a topping, even though I only ask for 3 toppings max, mostly 2.2. They skimp on a topping when I ask for a normal amount3. They skimp on a topping even when I ask for extra of that topping.> Like there is BARELY any of the mix-in in it, even when I asked for extra.
Had a Ruben Sandwich. Very good. Cashier’s and server’s helpful and pleasant. Restaurant clean and restroom clean.
Always a good place to grab a bite. Staff members are cheerful n quick. Other chains should learn from them.
Hit or miss. Food is fine, wait is so long sometimes you might as well go to a good sit down restaurant.
We love Culver's fish and shrimp dinners. The North Atlantic Cod melts in your mouth and fried to perfection! If you love cod like I do, it's disappointing to find another kind of fish mixed in. This is the best cod I've had eating out.And they offer 2 or 3 pieces of cod. The same with fried fish, they offer 6 or 10 piece dinners.They seem to have a good number of staff members, which is unusual at this time. I can't say enough good things!
Super fast food service, evrything tasted fine. We were enjoying the food and just talking. It was 9:20 ish so we had plenty of time before they closed at 10. About 9:30 one of the guys came and asked if we were done. My boyfriend clearly had plenty of food left but he doesnt like confrontation so he ate it as fast as possible. The worker stood there and watched as he shoveled the food in his mouth and took the tray as soon as he was done with most of it. If we were a nuisance or loud id like to hear from one of the workers ?. Always so fast and the workers are nice but he practically kicked us out with how he took the tray.
Always good, the west side location doesn't hold a candle to the east side though. I've had a couple issues with the west side, nothing major, compared to 0 to the east side, but overall, a great place for great food.
Always fresh and hot! Love that they TRULY will give you CRISPY fries when you ask!!!
We had ordered two combos and two concretes. We didn’t check our bag because we didn’t want to hold up the line. The ice cream was good but the burgers had the wrong condiments on them and we didn’t receive the fries.
Our order was completely wrong with condiments. My husband does not believe to ask for a reorder so we ate it without letting them making it correct
