our waitress today was phenomenal! I did not catch her name, but she had only been there 4 days!! done and awesome job and very friendly! I had salmon patties with 3 sides and my sister had pork chop! what better way to end it then with dessert! yummy cheesecake!

Nice little place to stop in- or grab to go. Good food and prices. Interior is clean and nicely decorated. Service was quick and kind. Great breakfast and lunch menus! I got a country fried steak with eggs, hashbrowns and biscuits with gravy. No complaints. Their bacon is really good. I will look forward to returning soon! I am a fan of their signature burger, and their fried chicken!

Fantastic! Between the four of us we had 2 perfect steaks, a perfect salmon, and a very good meatloaf. This was a very excellent meal. The bread pudding was delicious. It was the best I have ever had. I am glad we shared it. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The owner came by to talk and even the other customers were friendly. It has a wonderful family atmosphere once you are inside.

We ate breakfast and then went for dinner. great fiddlers and the fried cabbage was great. couldn't eat all they gave me. try it out. We went to the one off Llyods expressway

My anniversary we decided to visit Evansville for a couple of days, we decided to celebrate n have a nice dinner but falling on Memorial Day our choices were somewhat limited, we had planned to go downtown to an Italian restaurant n turned out they were closed but so happened to come across probably one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at, service was superior and the food was to die for, beautiful place, very classy in a casual way, cozy n inviting n romantic, perfect for our night. Devon was our server, he was very accommodating, informative n personable. Prices are reasonable, portions are plentiful n they even served us cake for our anniversary! We will definitely visit again if we ever make it this way

Went today with some cousins from Illinois and had breakfast. Our waitress Maria (I think)was amazing. We got to meet Marjie And she was the sweetest little lady. The food was great. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Called from far south east side as I was just leaving my house. It was about 11:35a. The girl answering phone kept telling me "just a second". I assumed she was asking cook question. by the time my order was taken we were at Fulton exit. Told me 10 minutes. When we arrived at 11:45a the place had a line in the doorway. I know how good this restaurant is. So the delay in the order is the only reason for 3 stars. Better communications for staff would be good. Servers ( I am also a hospitality worker) need to be on their toes, knowledgeable of everything because the weirdest questions come in. I hope the sandwiches live up to the standards I put in the place cause their entrees are awesome. Btw saw the desserts and just had to buy two. (I got 2 biscuit sandwiches instead of one in my order but could only eat one. ) It tasted so good. Hubby like his too! Keep up the good work.

This is a small restaurant that serves home-cooked meals. I had chicken fried chicken with real mashed potatoes, delicious cooked carrots and a side salad. I even got a yeast roll with strawberry butter and sweet tea. Everything was very tasty. The service was great, very friendly wait staff. I would definitely stop there again.

The first time I went to this restaurant I was very pleased with everything. It was excellent. However, the last time not so much. The food was fair. It was not busy since we went during a slow time. Our waitress was not friendly at all. She took our order and disappeared until it was time for her to bring the check. No drink refills. She didn’t even bring out our food. A runner brought out our food. We couldn’t request dressing for our salads or anything because we were never checked on. My 6 year old son ordered a cheeseburger and it was burnt on the outside and nearly raw on the inside. You don’t serve that to anyone let alone a child. It just was not a good experience.

Definitely reccomend the Fried Bread Pudding - Amazing!! The service was great and the staff was warm and friendly. Definitely a good place for breakfast.
