- Big selection- Tastes good- Cooked wellSlightly overpriced. Also hit or miss when it comes to food quality, but for the most part it's pretty good. A good choice when you're really hungry.
Hands down, the best Chinese buffet I have found. Every time I go to Evansville I have to stop here. The variety is perfect and not overwhelming. The food and service are always magnificent. My only complaints would be about the space and location. Being part of a strip of businesses makes parking limited and the area is constantly busy. If they could have an independent building with their own parking and have more space in the buffet area, they'd be golden.
I've never had a bad experience at Crazy Buffet. I enjoy the variety of items available on their buffet, I've never had a problem with the taste of the food, the service has always been great, and I like being able to have a Tsingtao or Sapporo beer with my meal. Whenever I'm in the mood for a Chinese buffet, Crazy Buffet always hits the spot.
Great food if you go at just right time, other words you'll be eating old stale or chewy food. Sushi isn't bad but small selection. still good for a buffet place.
Good food. All hot and fresh. Sushi was decent enough. But, they had my favorite item. The peanut butter chicken. It was so wonderful. Would go back again.
Visited around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The place was fairly busy but we got seated quickly. You can tell that it’s an older restaurant but the taste of the food is more important to me. The buffet is pretty large with 6 or 7 different bars. They have all the usual as well as sushi rolls. All the food was really good and fresh. Will definitely go back. FYI-they charge $4.99 per pound for wasted food.
Excellent food, fresh sushi and they keep all the food on the buffet stocked and freshly cooked. The environment is really nice and the tables aren't crowded like a lot of other Chinese restaurants. The people are extremely friendly and the waitresses don't waste time on picking up your empty plates or refilling your drinks. This is, by far, one of the best places to go for some great Chinese food in Evansville
Great food and selection.. American food also on buffet
We had a group of 7 ranging from age 4-55 and everyone enjoyed their meal. The buffet is huge and has a lot of options! We love Chinese food and have eaten at many restaurants over several states (move / travel a lot for work) and this definitely ranks in our top 5!
I love Chinese food, and this is one of my favorite restaurants in that category. Their selection is huge, and they accommodate picky eaters and those in your party who may not like Chinese that much by offering more American dishes. They also have a pizza on the buffet. I don't like sushi, but they have an excellent selection. Tip: finish off the meal with some hot tea served traditionally.
