The manager at the Eastside Cold Stone creamery is very rude. She was very snappy with the people in front of me in line. Apparently there was a glitch on the website and they couldn't honor the order I made for a cake which was fine. When I first got asked what I had needed, the girl disappeared and started working on something else. I've been went out to get my phone to show her the order, and when I came back in she rudely said come over here. I told the manager that they should probably get that fixed in a regular tone and she yelled at me as I was walking out the door and told me that nobody's perfect very rudely. I completely understand that sometimes things happen when electronics are involved, but the way you talk to people can be helped, especially when you're in management

I’ve cream is always the best. Employee need to be more friendly. When it’s busy customer service is a must but rushing and making faces to customers are not a sign of professionalism.
It has been a year but found ourselves dining at the nearby Moe’s so we divided to stop in. My friend got a Reese Double Chocolate in a waffle cone while I went with something a little simpler, the sweet cream flavored ice cream. Mine is as fantastic abs must be a popular flavor as two other guests that came in after us ordered the same thing. It can be a lil expensive but it is worth a, “treat yourself” afternoon kinda thing.
Absolutely love Cold Stone and this location has always been great to me. Fantastic ice cream with great service. Never disappoints.

Absolutely disgusted at this place. Completely unprofessional experience tonight when I came in to get ice cream for my family. Will never return to this place and will make it my personal mission to tell EVERYONE in Evansville about this experience. Completely disgusting and unprofessional
Some of the slowest service in Evansville. It will take them 10 minutes to hand you in order that’s in the refrigerator next to them. Also from a consumer standpoint you’re ripping the consumer off by your prices that are inflated.
