I've tried giving this place multiple chances to redeem its awful service, but to no avail. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak. I spent over $16 on this pathetic steak bowl (see attached picture). It barely had any steak at all, and they left out the guacamole that I paid extra for. Worst of all, it took them over 45 minutes just to put this sorry excuse of a steak bowl together and it was barely warm. I will never return to this restaurant again. If you want a better alternative, I've never been dissatisfied with Qdoba, which is about a mile or two away from this place.
Chipotle is the only place we ever eat out at, so we were happy when we moved to Evansville that there was a Chipotle here. However, the last 5 times we came to this one, we have had issues. 90% of the time, they are out of sofritas or veggies or both, leaving me with very limited options considering I can't eat meat or dairy. Which I can overlook and fall back on beans. However, the place is run really badly and we can usually count on subpar service. Today, we left and went to Qdoba for the 3rd time. No one seems to know what they are doing. One time we came in and they made everyone put in an order through the app otherwise they wouldn't get food. Today, there was a really long line, 3 employees sitting down, one employee refilling toilet paper, and one employee behind the counter refilling food containers. We were there 5 minutes and not one person was helped. We eat at Chipotle's all over the country, and they are all exceptional. This one makes Chipotle look bad. We are no longer going to even try with this one anymore, we gave way too many chances and keep wasting our time.
This is our favorite place for a quick bite on any given time or day! Friendly staff and amazing food! Although, their drink station/tables could be more clean and restocked. Other then that I'm always going here for my food whether it's dine-in, take-out or even door dash! Just a great place in general! Would recommend bringing friends and family for a good meal with not that bad prices!
While the food is good most of the time. They get my order wrong about 50 percent of the time. Either they don't get everything I ordered on it or they make substitutes? (I'm guessing) Also when calling the restaurant I have to speak to an automated service and answer SEVERAL questions instead of being able to get to a person. Then Im asked to fill out an email with my issue and asked if the restaurant should contact me. This does not allow the problem to he fixed in real time. That is NOT good quality service and tells me that my feedback or issue is not important enough to solve. Very unsatisfied!!!!!!!
Overall, the restaurant was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very friendly, I wasn't amused by the selection of food to choose from, not many choices, and the flavor off it all was alright, i had some issues with my bowl i ordered, it was still consumable but I won't be visiting here again.
Food was cold, it taste like defrosted & the coke drink I ordered it was hot . They took more than an hour for delivering my order.
I used to be a loyal chipotle customer. After multiple horrible experiences in a row, I’ve decided I will no longer patronize this chipotle restaurant.The last three times I’ve ordered online, I’ve had to wait at least half an hour after my pick up time. Twice I ordered guacamole, which is extra, but they were out and I was still charged.Tonight I arrived and they were out of black beans, mild salsa, cheese and guacamole. While I was trying to pay for my food, the only two employees in the front decided it was a good time to discuss who was going to work the register the rest of the evening and the fact that there was not a manager working that evening.I understand that it is tough to find employees at this time but other similar fast casual restaurants in the area do not seem to be struggling like this chipotle. Ownership and management need to step up.

I love the food here. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because of the trash area.Everyone was commenting on it.This was Saturday 3/19/2022. Picture was taken at 8 pm. I was here for an hour and it was like that when I got here. No one came out and wiped the tables, so they were dirty too.I had to clean mine off before I could sit down.
this place is great but… they never have any of the food options available. every time i come here they are out of something or just don’t wanna get it from the back. i have a bunch of food allergies and they are super great about making sure nothing touched anything i’m allergic too.
