I have been a hard-core Chick-fil-A fan for about a decade now. This is hands-down the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The drive-through employees are friendly, the food is gross. especially the fries. Nasty. Limp, dripping with grease, not cooked enough. I’ve tried three times and it’s been the same every single time. Corporate needs to send someone out to teach correct frying time/temps. At the very least, accommodate a well-done fry request.I was told the reason they don’t accommodate that request is due to volume, but walk into the Draper Utah store. Double the volume easily, they accommodate those requests, and even when not well done the fries are perfection.We also ordered milkshakes. My peach milkshake tasted like a vanilla milkshake. I don’t give reviews like this. Kills me to do it. But it’s fair.
Food is always great for the price. My only complaint are the wait times in the drive thru, 45 minutes for a salad and a sandwich is way too long. Being extremely busy is good for business and reflects well on you guys, but man some sort of expansion or a rework to the drive through to help with the lines would be nice.
I loved it!!! The food was top notch! The service was impeccable! The young man in the drive thru taking orders was as sweet as can be. I ordered online and picked up in drive thru. It was a bit of a wait but if you know chick-fil-a it's worth it. Y'all can't help wait times for such a popular place.
We go here a lot!! I have never been disappointed with food or service! The lines are long as usual but go pretty fast, and we also enjoy the curbside pickup!
Good food, friendly staff! I have to say the drive through is on the slow side and unorganized compared other locations across the US. Wasn't a bad experience by no means!
This location is incredibly efficient, clean, and hassle-free. The crew is delightful and consistent at that.These folks won’t mess around with your order or your time. Furthermore, I've never seen a cell phone out while the team here is on shift.5-Star Location, Thanks Y’all!-N.Bell
Chick-fil-A is always clean, as quick as can be expected, and delivers good food at a fair price. The spicy chicken and biscuits for breakfast are awesome.
Well I waited in line 30 minutes. Ordered food 3 piece strip meal, grilled sandwich and chocolate shake. Nothing to crazy. All cars in front of me got there food and people in the back of me. Get all the way to window to wait 5 more minutes while 20 workers ran around like crazy. Finally got order then I needed to wait on my ice cream. Like seriously I did not have a difficult order and clearly nobody was on the same accord. Thanks chick fil a for my horrible experience. I’ll take my time and money elsewhere!
Always a delicious treat and wonderful experience with staff members. Plus if you are looking at starting a franchise location all you need is 10k to get the ball rolling. They are a fantastic company to embark on for franchise ownership.
The drive thru is always speedy but the inside has seen better days. I know the focus is on being fast, but for those of us who want to eat inside, it would be nice to have a clean table. Several people standing around and the other family next to us had to go ask someone to come clean the tables so they could sit together. The worker only cleaned that table and left these amongst the others.
