We love Capt D’s and are so glad we still have one in our town. My husband and I miss the dine-in option but with the pandemic we totally understand. Best hush puppies and I would buy a jar of the tartar sauce if they sold it in the supermarket. Our food is always hot and fresh and the drive thru employees are always friendly to us. If we’re coming back home from Henderson we always stop at this location. Sounds so good right now…we’ll be visiting the drive thru this weekend!
Very terrible experience at this particular location in Evansville. During peak dinner hours I waited in drive thru for a lengthy amount of time with no one else in line. The environment didn't feel safe and the food was old and cold, and part of my order was missing. The iced tea had also gone sour. I contacted the area manager and she responded quickly. I asked for nothing, and I'll never go back but I'm certain she will address the issues. I love Captain D's. The Henderson KY location is amazing and has excellent customer service.
Crab was burnt both . Hardly any French fries and half it looked like slaw rest of meal ok fish and shripm

Have been coming here for a long time. Seen the prices go up and down. I understand the influx due to covid but they have completely changed the fish recipe, it’s about 80% breading now.Higher price+ less fish = NO

The manager on staff just spoke to her employees very bad in front of me and when I told her she should correct him in private. Because she was talking very bad to him in front of me she got mad and refused to give me the six pieces of fish that I was owed and told me to come back when Larry was there. And I was not just there to get six pieces of fish I was there to get three more meals plus that what they owed me. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

spent $30 on my food and it was all terrible well except for the bag of ice. I don't mind waiting for good food but all of mine was ready in about 3 mins. I think they gave me someones drive off food
