This was our first time going here. The food was really good and we ordered the lunch special for $8, and you get 6 boneless wings, fries and a drink, so I thought that was a good price. The service was good too. The place was very loud and tons of tvs playing sports. Which is great if you love sports, I do not lol and no one in there seemed to be paying any attention to the tvs either. We were there at lunch time and they were not that busy at all!

Just not worth eating out period. My kids wanted to try the Doritos flavored wings so we went(which ordered but they no longer had). Got there at 6:40 ordered wings and boneless. Ordered mozzarella sticks as a app. Server forgot about or app and we didn't get our wing until after 8.. I was debating leaving and going to Mc Donald's because my kids were so hungry. Everything was good and hot when we did get it and they took $14 off my bill.

Tonight I was very disappointed with the service I received. This isnt the first time I have poor service, once before we order online and as we went in to pick up order the cashier was extremely rude and aggressive when trying to receive the order. I ignored my first visit, trying again to see if hopefully they would redeem their selves. But tonight took the cake for me, for poor unprofessional attitude and customer service. Tonight I order boneless wings with a side of fries, a burger with a side of fries and loaded buffalo tots. I arrived and picked up my order it was ready or so I thought. I got my food and as I was approaching my car still in the parking lot and right in front of the doors I noticed the bag may have been a little short missing some items. I checked the bag more throughly when I reached my vehicle and noticed I was missing both side orders of fries which were displayed on the receipt. Again, I did not leave the parking lot this was in all of a matter of 5 minutes. I immediately walked back inside and politely let the cashier that handed me my order earlier that I did not recieve my fries for either entrees I ordered. She was nice and friendly and went to get who I assume was the Manager on Duty or Head Cook in the back. Immediately I was met with a rude tone of "Well did they bring the bag back?". I got no apologizes. I in fact did bring the bag back inside to show them that I did not receive them but the tone in which she responded sounded as if I had left for a long period of time and came back trying to get free food. Which is definitely not the case! I simply wanted the food I paid for and the bag I received in the first place that I thought was short was a smaller bag which is why it was brought to my attention. She then proceeded to check my receipt and bag to see if we had the fries. Opening up all my boxes. She looked at my receipt and goes, "Oh fries for the boneless wings" and I said I also need fries for my burger and she interrupted me and said "your burger is right here while holding the box to the burger that contained no fries". I then repeated myself and showed on the receipt that I was suppose to have fries as well with the burger. I paid for fries too. Still no apologies. She went to the back and while waiting for the fries I could hear the kitchen staff talking about me and my order and it was not was kind words. They were vulgar and very hateful. I just wanted the food that I ordered and paid for and I was never rude to the lady. I have a witness that was with me during the pick up process. She finally comes back up front with the two order of fries bags them up says here you go, I take the bag and she says have a nice night. And it wasn't in a actually friendly tone, its in that attitude fake sounding way like she didnt mean it at all. And still no apologies. I return home to open the fries boxes to cold old fries that were only filled not even half way. This is extremely disappointing and I will no longer be eating here. Truly unacceptable behavior for a restaurant industry and I know because I myself have worked fast food before and waitressing so I know how hard it can be sometimes but there is no reason to be rude and disrespectful to a guest who wasn't rude or disrespectful to you at all. It would be one thing if I was screaming or yelling but I never raised my voice. Just honestly do better. Get employees who actually care about their job and the customers. A simple apology would have solved it all but no she was rude and disrespectful. Poor, awful customer service will not be coming back and will be telling all my friends not to eat here!!

I decided to go here because my bf really wanted to eat here. I kept telling him it was going to a bad experience and boy was I right! I chose sweet tea and when I got the tea it wasn't sweet and I just knew it was only the beginning. I just drank anyways, not noticing my cup. I took a drink and sucked up paper through my straw and I looked at my cup and whole napkin was floating around in my tea! I could have choked on that paper. It is very gross! I made a complaint got a fresh one but chose not to drink it. The food took forever and was barely warm at best. Fries dry and old tasting. I am appalled by how bad everything was and honestly due to the whole sweet tea incident I never want to eat here again. I just can't believe the waitress didn't check the cup before pouring a glass. I am not ashamed to say it but I didn't feel service was enough to leave a tip so I didn't bother.

I placed an online order around 9:00pm that was about $95.00 total. The estimated pick up time was at 10:41pm which already made me feel some type of way, but at the same time I placed this order i was outside in the parking lot and they were busy so maybe 10:41pm was accurate. Keep in mind I dont live in evansville so now im forced to find something to do until the food is ready. Finally at about 10:25pm I decided that I would go inside so that as soon as my order is up I can already be there to get it. Lol when I get inside they have a silver rack labeled "DoorDash" I see it but I pay it no mind I then ask the cashier if my order was ready she looked clueless as she walks to the back to ask someone else, when she comes back she like check the rack labeled Door Dash. I grab tge bags with my name on them and my food was just as I knew it would be COLD . I then asked for a manager who gives this long story about how sorry he was and thats how they do the online orders. I suggested to him since online orders require contact info maybe they should attempt to call customers when their orders are ready. He gave me 100 dollars in gift cards and suggest I still take the food. I went back the next night just to see if dine in service would be better.....SIKE nope the server was wonderful food tasted like it was heated in a microwave they lost me lol

Food took forever & when it came out it was not even hot. Fried pickles were soggy, absolutely no sauce on any of the wings. I could tell the waitress was super busy. But when it came down to getting the bill i asked for a box & extra sauce because like I stated before there wasn’t any on it really & I wasn’t eating my wings without sauce on them. She pulled out her book & wrote down what I needed & proceeded to get smart with me. Anyways I get she was busy, but by far my worst experience here. Last time we went, it wasn’t too bad. Just took forever. We decided to give it another shot & this time we got terrible food & service.Edit: forgot to mention the whole place stinks terribly. Smells like vinegar or in my opinion a dumpster full of trash. & if you know exactly what I mean, then yanno. I’ve worked for restaurants & taking trash out was the worst cause of the smell.

Anytime I've ever had any issues they were always fixed almost immediately and the past few times I've ordered food from here it's been absolutely spot on perfect. I normally talk to Jamie anytime I call and she's always super pleasant to talk with. This location is by far my favorite BDubs.

I was very impressed with our waitress, Elizabeth, she made sure our drinks never went empty and checked on us quite a bit before and after we got our food. Will most definitely be going back.

I'm beyond upset. I ordered 3 different types of wings, a kids meal, and a side of potato wedges for pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 5. It wasn't ready until 6 and the food was not fresh at all it was rock hard and disgusting. I will never eat at this location again!

To go orders are a nightmare, kitchen can have a clear restaurant and still take 20 minutes past quoted time to get anything out to you. Take a seat on the uncomfortable bench and listen to the packing workers argue with each other if you feel so inclined.Do NOT accept DoorDash orders for this location during peak unless you are willing to wait for 20 plus minutes.EDIT: No I will not fill out your worthless survey, maybe do your job and actually solve these issues instead of providing a dead end complaint dump
