We arrived and could not tell what door to go in, but managed to find our way in and to the line. The establishment was no where near full capacity but it still took a long time for people to get seated. Our waitress was very quiet, didn't really help us much, and didn't check on us much, something I am also very shocked with this being a Top 3 Evansville restaurant on both TripAdvisor and Yelp. Not only was I displeased with service, but the fries we received were overly well done, and WORST OF ALL, there was a HAIR on my significant other's burger, the Mexicali. At that point it ruined it for us. We were still being secluded from service from our waitress and we left very very displeased, and yet still gave a generous tip. I don't think we will ever be back, especially for a date.

We went out of our way as we were traveling to St. Louis to come here. Boy, were we glad we did. The food was amazing. Just wish they had one in Orlando where we are from.

Date night was great and love this place and there ketchup and burgers are amazing

7 people for a business dinner. Good service, good food. Loved the spicy pomegranate margarita. Salad was excellent also. Always dependably good at Cunningham Group.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff!

This was mine and my husband's first time at Bru Burger in Evansville, the staff was very helpful and courteous, the service was exceptional, and the food was so good. We were able to cut down on wait time by reserving a table for 4, two days before arriving which helped us get in and seated quickly. My choice was the Stilton bleu cheese with pear-bacon jam, fried onion, truffle aioli, spinach, very good, my mouth is still watering. Great place, exceptional staff, we will return.

Good burgers. A little pricey. We prefer the downstairs.

Burgers were a little to thin for the money. The fries were well done and crispy which I liked.

Good burgers, excellent beer, and friendly service. My onion rings were a little too salty, though.

We go to Bru Burger almost every time we visit Evansville. The food is delicious and we’ve always had good service.
