I’m from St. Louis, MO, and this is the first time I’ve been sorely disappointed at a Bob Evans. My family’s food was unappealing/unappetizing. The pancakes looked like sponges, we thought the “fresh” scrambled eggs were powdered because they were not scrambled; looked like they were fried hard, bacon was raw, ham looked like it was cooked on top of a griddle that hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years, medium well steak was closer to rare, chicken tenders were over cooked aka burnt, home fries and hash browns were charred. The only things that were good: our beverages and some fresh fruit. The manager was understanding when we told him we were going somewhere else due to an incompetent cook.
The best country cooking around these parts. Everyone is super friendly. We go there at least once a week. Definitely recommend
One of the best breakfast that I have ever had. Double protein bowl. I love it.
Ya know going to this restaurant I’ve had nothing but good experiences and I go at least 3 times a month. But after dealing with their online order it made my blood pressure shoot up. I wait and wait, 40 minutes goes by of my delivery time and the front desk lady says someone came getting in her face and then took the meal and left followed by three door dashers coming in looking for it. (I used bob evans online order on their page and it set up door dash) now I wouldn’t be mad about this so bad as to how it happens. Their online order pickup IS IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER BY THE DOOR! That needs to be behind the desk followed by someone providing the information you have on someone. They said they had his information but the lady at the desk said someone came in and grabbed it. So my order took 45 minutes to make and then I called once it hit 40 minutes PAST delivery time to find out my order was stolen and I wasted my time. Again dining inside is great but online and how they have their station set up is absolutely ridiculous
The food was nothing like the menu described or showed in the pictures. My western omelet had cold raw veggies just thrown in it. TWe had to wait for almost 30 min. To order after the waitress took our drink order. If there was less than 1 star I would use it. Not worth your money or time.
Me and my wife stay at the hotel next door . Makes it very convenient to eat there . Always been good service and good food
For breakfast, eggs, bacon and hashbrowns were served. Several minutes later, the bicuits and gravy were served. The gravy was so thin, I needed a soup soup. I was very disappointed.
We love going here for breakfast which is served all day along with great lunch and dinner entrees. We have never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. We consider it a treat when we get to go there for breakfast!
Wow. I have never been to a Bob Evans before in all my 29 years of living and let me tell you, don’t make the same mistake I did! Everything was incredible! I got the mini thanksgiving and the food tasted as amazing as my grandmothers! The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and super nice! The price was great (I pay the same if not more for my family at Chick-Fil-A than here). I will be back again and again for sure!!!
The holiday feast was delicious. Problem was they forgot my ham again. Don't know about you, but I sure don't want to drive back to the restaurant in the middle of Easter dinner with family to pick up food. You would think as I had it delivered they'd offered to send my ham, but nope. They reimbursed of course. So if you are having something delivered make sure you have your driver check to see if its all there. If this had not happened they'd get 5 stars. Oh try the triple berry pie is scrumptious.
