Food was slow to come out. My steak was bland and lacked flavor, as did my sides. Kids complained about their mozzarella sticks and yogurt. After eating the steak I felt about half sick most the night.The bathrooms were disgusting and stunk terribly. Waitress was nice but didn't refill drinks. It wasn't that busy in there.
930PM July 14. My wife and I, waited for 10 min to be seated because we couldnt find a hostess. Asked for water 3x without getting any. Ordered an All-American drink was watered down slush, terrible. 2 of 3 toilets were clogged and disgusting. Had to go get my own silverware after asking for it. Food was cold. Service was BAD.Last time I was here I watched our waitress, who was hosting tonight go to another table with her friends, one of which was bussing tables, and was drinking on the job. 1/10 on everything to do with this location. Location desperate for some leadership.
Was seated as soon as arrived but waited 12 minutes for the waitress to get our drink order. She brought the drinks but forgot the lemons. We ordered our food, mom ordered a salad with honey mustard dressing, dad said he wanted the same. She asked him what dressing he wanted. When food was delivered there was no dressing with either salad. The person that brought our food said they would go get the dressing, but 10 minutes later no one had come back with dressing. I couldn't get our waitress attention. I finally asked another waitress to get the manager for me. After the manager took over the table things improved, but it really ruined our evening.
First....20 minute wait before the waitress even acknowledged that we were there, not because they were busy, wasn't 10 people in the place. Boyfriend ordered sweet tea, it was unsweet,, so she continued to bring him sugar with his refill. Ordered onion rings for appetizer,, they came to us a very dark maple color, bit into one and you could tell the deep fryer is in desperate need of cleaning with fresh oil. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the bun was burnt, and there was no bacon. The fries were so salty you couldn't eat them. I've never ate at Applebee's before, and I won't be back. $40 waisted!!!
The waiter did a great job of placing an order comparable to the Shrimp Salad they used to serve. The waiter did a great job and the meal was very good. I would highly recommend dining at Applebee's.
Disgusting dirty place corporate gave up on the service was beyond crap I was mocked because I just buried my mother and the bartender mocked me and made a joke not funny AT ALL I WILL BRING THIS PLACE DOWN ITS A CULTURE THERE AND IT STARTS WITH THE EXTREMLY RUDE MANAGEMENT AVOID THIS PLACE AND I WORK AT APPLEBEE'S DIFFERNT STATE BUT THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THIS PLACE DONT GO
Got right in and seated waitress was nice and friendly. Wife ordered her food and they came to tell us 2 min before all the other food was done that they didn’t have the food for her meal. Gave her whatever else she wanted, then forgot half of it. Spent almost 20 min after we were all done eating to get the rest of the food. Won’t be back.
Only 2 servers for a full house, food was NOT to expectations at all considering how much it cost. Almost no flavor at all to speak off. Appetizers were good, by main courses were not. Would not recommend.
Not going again. Had one server and one cook. Food wasn't great. I know every where is needing help but this place needs to close until it can find help. Server acted like she didn't want to be there. Over all it was bad
Prices have gone up but inflation makes it reasonable. Food was slow to arrive but they're probably short-staffed. After waiting for the food, the steak was overcooked, but it still tasted good. The waiter did not come back the entire time we were eating and for at least 15 minutes after we were done and waiting for the check. We just left payment on the table and left. We didn't want to wait for the waiter to come back. We excused a lot and in the end I have to give it 3 stars for so many buts.
