shout out to the manager that hung up on me!!! your staff is absolutely horrible. The girl that got my food from the back wasnt in uniform. my food was wrong and that's how you treat your customer's!
Waited 30+ minutes to be seated. Then waited OVER an hour for our food and when it came out it was cold!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Having to take our food home just to heat it up and eat it.
If I could give zero stars… I would. We took our family here for dinner tonight and quickly regretted it. Our appetizers came out very well done (loaded tots and pretzel bites). The guy who brought them out said the cooks dropped half the tots on the ground and was remaking more for us. Whatever. We ate them. Except the other half never came. Then we waited… and waited… for food. It wasn’t busy either. When our food came the boneless wings were over cooked and had almost no sauce on them. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. It’s supposed to be grilled chicken, but it was breaded. Again… I just said whatever and started to eat it. Except I quickly noticed there was almost no chicken. It was little pieces of chicken breading but really no meat and almost none. It was obvious everything had been sitting for a while before we got it. The server took off my wrap, but still charged us for half an order tots…. Even though it wasn’t even half. Needless to say we will never be back here again. We love Wings Etc, but this location is horrible.
I use to really love coming to Wings... I can firmly say I won't ever be going back. I got the chicken bacon wrap and needless to say it's one of the worst dishes I have ever gotten, fast food places included. First thing, there was absolutely no chicken in the wrap, only 1 piece of bacon on each side. Second, I asked for no tomatoes, but there were still tomatoes in it. More importantly though, if you look at the picture, which doesn't even do it justice, I cannot even begin to describe how much honey mustard sauce was on this wrap. My god, everything was soaked head to toe in honey mustard, the whole thing just tasted like overwhelming honey mustard that I couldn't get out of my mouth for hours (and I only took 2 bites of the wrap and had the waitress take the rest). Even the toothpicks that were in the wrap, when I took them out, the honey mustard was just oozing out, it was the most absurd thing I have ever seen out of a restaurant. Lastly, when we were asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, we said yes, never got them, then were given the check and just left. Needless to say, I paid 10 bucks for a side of fries, and I could of easily went to McDonalds and got better fries for like 2 bucks, just over all a super disappointing experience; I won't be back.
Not all Wings etc are equal. We eat at these restaurants all the time and the one in Goshen is really bad. The food was disgusting and overcooked. In the wraps and tacos there was no chicken, just the breaded pieces that come out of deep fryer that cant be counted as boneless wings. The mac was cold. Overall service was not great and as well and my view of the franchise has changed. I think management there needs to take a hard look at their kitchen for starters.
Ordering wings online it give you the option, "Buffalo Style (Sauce on Top)". I like sauce on top. Not on the side. Selected that option, picked up the order, and got home to see no sauce on the wings. Checked bag and found no sauce at all. Really regret leaving 15% tip when ordering. I'll continue tipping online, but not for this location ever again.
Chicken wings were not crispy and the sauce choices leave a lot to be desired. The wings look like frozen chicken nuggets reheated and some sauce thrown on them... Go to Bdubs, Wing Stop, anywhere else
Whatever changed in Tweener sauce is disgusting. Everyone thought it smelled like vomit. Change it back
Great food and beer selection. The bartender seemed to be running both sides of the restaurant yet service was quick and friendly. I haven't been to the Dunlap location and only once in Elkhart, but my experience was definitely worth a return if not regular visits.
Usually a great place, last visit... closing time was 11:00pm waitress turned off all TVs at 10:40. She said it gets her a better start at closing. Terrible service for 11:00 closing!
