On Saturday of Memorial weekend, waited about 2 minutes for someone to seat us. They were nice, placed our drink order. We got attitude from the server after asking for a red bud but not in an alcoholic drink. Red Bud advised on the menu as an option. Right under sodas. There was 2 wait staff and 4 tables including mine. I was excited to try the pretzels bites. They came out hot and burnt. I asked to pay so we could leave.

"check out our new menu! higher prices and smaller portions." because that is 100% what's going on got a order of fries with my wings that literally I could have held in my one hand talk to the manager Jeff, he told me there were 5 oz of fries there. are you kidding me measuring the fries after you raise prices? wings for overcooked and crunchy, didn't even offer to try to even fix it. been going there for years but that will be my last time. take care of your customers or you won't have any. lots of wing places in town.
Great service, great food! It's a fun and comfortable environment that plays good music, and serves tasty alcoholic beverages. It's also kid friendly!
Called in our order, when I picked it up I was missing 2 items and 2 of my 3 dishes were prepared wrong. I checked the receipt and the order was taken down correctly, so not sure why they had it wrong and chose not to fix it. The same thing happened last week as well. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but as much as it costs now they should not be so careless. The food was not even warm when I picked it up and I was there 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Not worth the hassle or money.
We are regulars. Tonight we witnessed an employee talking to a group at the end of bar. He was loud using the F word. Our food was excellent. We were just put out about the behavior of that employee.
Delicious. Generous portions, wings are crispy and well-dressed with a wide range of tasty sauces. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great spot.
I placed an order JUST 25 mins ago. My husband went to pick it up . They did not give me my burger ( Friday special , or my daughter KID lemonade) I called & informed them. Was no big deal I had a salad . UNTIL whoever answered the phone accused me of lying about a lemonade . I was so IN SHOCK . Over a DRINK. I already paid $50 for eveurbing . Keep the burger , keep the money. NOT the issue . I was just letting them know maybe next time ya know knock some money off or a gift card . I was upset I was accused of lying about a lemonade. I’m baffled. Never will I go back to this place . Very unprofessional serves to handle customers that way. No respect for their customers & never tried to make it right . Which again, I was never bad UNTIL they accused me of lying about my child’s drink.
Chicken was cooked OK, not good, but we ordered mild and the medium flavor. Absolutely ridiculous compared to wingstop. Took them too long to make, and the order was hot as fk. Too much for people who usually order hot. Almost like it was a prank. Fk this location.
It's good food. I had philly. Beat out several others i tasted recently. Server was cool (Augusta). Sucked that someone barfed by girls bathroom. It was Saturday night i guess.. I will be back tho. Good sauce.
