Came here today and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes only to get up to the speaker to have the lady YELL at me "order when you're ready!" after I'd been sitting there for a minute or two at the speaker, waiting for her to greet me. She did NOT greet me or ask how can I help you or what can I get for you. This person does not need to be in customer service. I understand everyone has bad days, but really? Then I proceeded to the window to pay. She greeted me with a smile and took my card, ran it, someone else gave me my food and then she handed me my card with no eye contact and said NOTHING to me. I waited for her to come back to the window because I wanted my receipt and she never came back. Not even a "have a good day" or a "thank you." She clearly LOVES her job! also my burger was messy and sloppily put together with way too much mayo and ketchup and it got everywhere when I tried to eat it. Not a great experience overall.
Please for the love of God do not eat here. Trust the bad reviews. Corporate needs to do an overhaul on this location. Before we ordered I noticed thier restrooms were filthy. Made me sick.I almost left but didn't against my better judgement. By the time I was waiting on my food, I had realized every inch of that place was health violation. Beyond disgusting. Our food had been very obviously sitting past it's safety time. Was cold and mushy. I also found a dead bug in my food. Unbelievable. Staff was incredibly inattentive and unfriendly and looked very unhygienic.
Went inside to pick up an order to find the manager cussing at employees. I then proceeded to witness the whole staff start walking out while the manager calls their boss to say everyone is walking out so I quit too. Places like this need to quit forcing it and just shut their doors
The food was cold and nasty. I asked for fresh fries. I got dirty looks from all the employees. I told them the shorted me a fry. Didn’t get that. Sandwiches were cold and dry. Just over all cold and gross.
Food is very good. There is no dine-in option at this time. If you are in a hurry, this is not your place. Drive thru takes 20 minutes minimum to get through.
Just don’t go here. Literally just sat at the speaker in the drivethu at 11:15am for 10 minutes. Waited another 5 minutes for my food. Next to no one inside. No one in front of me, and four cars behind me. No apologies. It’s not the first time this has happened.
they used to be great until they got a new boss. she is rude and doesn’t know what’s going on. me and my mom tried going in 2 times on different days, and they door was unlocked. but then when we go inside she says,” we’re closed. i don’t know how people keep getting it.” well maybe if you locked the door people wouldn’t come in.
Food was good as usual. Same problems as everywhere else though with staffing. Waited at front cashier for order to be taken for 20 min with one couple ahead of me. I do not fault the workers. Just the lack there of. Otherwise service was good.
I realize it’s pandemic but if you hate your life quit your job, don’t yell at customers and be rude AF when we are already being very patient given the state of labor. Lady running drive through was yelling at customers unprovoked, if anybody out here even cares, if not, carry on.
Two signs in the door stated the dining room is open 9am every day. When we arrived at 10am the doors were locked. Went to the drive thru, waited 5 minutes with no response. Drive to the window where we were told they didn’t have food ready. #1. Put a notice on the door that the dining room is closed. #2. Use the speaker to let us know you have no food. COMMUNICATE…
