I had really good fresh food and really bad horrible food and services. Last time they messed up the order, gave me the wrong sizes and burger. The food wasn't fresh at all. The workers wasn't very professional and showed that they're slobs.
Very slow but friendly staff, food was good when we finally got it.
It was thee dirtiest I have ever seen that place.. the floor behind the front counter was soo covered in fries and napkins and grease and I have no idea what else.. it was absolutely disgusting..
If I could give a negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience I've ever had a Wendy's in my life. Ordered a carryout order and waited almost an hour. The Manager cursed out a customer who was complaining about the slow service.. Told us the customers that if we didnt like how fast they were working we should apply to work there, that they could only take 2 orders at a time, meanwhile 10 people in the lobby cars wrapped around the drive thru and about 6 or seven employees and only 2 seemed to be concerned about the customer. Corporate needs to get this store in order. Terrible Terrible. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a supposed manager, yelling at customers, calling them Karen's for simply expecting a level of professionalism. I hope corporate gets this and watches the camera footage (6/13/22 between 5:30-6) of the appalling behavior from a supposed manager.. definitely the worst and last time I go there unless it is under new management.
Good place to go at night if you'd like a large serving of "Our system is down". For well over a week, it has been the same excuses while staff goof off in the lobby in view of those trying to get food. They need help, bad. Until they get it, avoid this place.
If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. In the last 6 months everytime I go there they are unable to serve me either that or they get my order wrong. And seeing all the other comments and feedback I'd rather take my money elsewhere.. I don't want to be eating black pube hair either....
Fries were under cooked and the cheese burger was well done! Over-cooked.
From my experience they are for the most part really reliable in service, the food is alright and it's a great place to come to when your hungry on break.
Hair in my burger. (Black pube hair) girlfriends burger was burnt. Missing half of our meal (order through door dash and couldn't just go back in a get it) burgers didn't have any toppings and wrong buns. Baconator fries were burnt and half missing.....and to top it off my GF threw up after eating her fries and chili. DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS. Wendy's is usually good but this one is really really really bad.
This location is poorly managed. This is the 4th time I have been here in a month where they were unable to serve me, they say that there is a 30 minute wait for beef patties or that the system is down. Always 9 or 10pm but the store is open till midnight.
