I accidentally placed an order to wrong location. Staff called the correct location and let them know I was on the way. 10/10 customer service and delicious pizza.
Ordered from Poplar Ct. We received the wrong size pizza, and it was over baked. The amount of cheese was much less than normal. We called the store manager and she was less than helpful, more like argumentative. Called to speak to the owner who was on vacation. I was told I would be called back the next day by management and if they didn’t call that the store manager from Easy shopping would call us. No one called and this isn’t the first time we received the wrong pizza from Poplar Ct. The last time we were told we have to return immediately with the pizza for a refund. Who does that?!
Been coming to this Volcano's since I was a young girl. Great Pizza & I Love the Meatball Sandwiches. The ham & cheese is pretty good too as well as everything else!
Being a person that works in food industry this place is a major health violation. One guy had longer hair than me and kept running his hand thru it, not pulled back or covered. No one has gloves. Drinking and preparing food. Wearing mask does nothing if you pull it down to talk and then prepare food. Gross.
Volcano pizza was super dry today. Usually its great. I ordered the volcano special, with everything. Which thats what we order all the time. And there was no sauce. What happened to it I don't know..
Went to this place the night before Thanksgiving great service they were open late it only took 10 minutes for me to get my food I got takeout and it was good and the boys that were working were so nice it's a really nice place very polite people and I give it the best review I can
They don’t put enough sauce on their pizza. Last 2 times I ordered extra sauce and it’s like they didn’t even put any extra on it at all. I’ll never order from there again
Being in the food industry, we know and by the health department guidelines,you are to wear gloves,when you are handing peoples food.Order a to go today, and when I walked in,the young man,that was doing our food,had no gloves on,so that was 20 bucks down the drain,cause we wouldn't eat it,so Im asking to please tell your employees, to follow the health departments rules and guidelines,and with the covid going around,this should be the first thing you do,after you wash your hands
First time ordering Volcano, and probably the last. Messed up order. Ordered pepperoni and sausage, they added onions. Ordered bread sticks with sauce, both were cold, not cooled off, cold. The sausage is completely flavorless, might as well be ground beef. All in all just disappointed.
Ordered sandwiches a few nights back and when I went in to pick them up they had rap music that was nothing but a string of obscenities playing so loud I practically had to shout so the kid at the counter could hear me. Of course that was after waiting multiple minutes for the three boys in the back to notice I was at the counter as they seemed quite busy playing around trying to snap one another with towels. The one that could be bothered to get my order seemed outright annoyed I had interrupted their playtime. Sandwiches were good, as the food there usually is, but the customer service (and the blaring rap music) was outright offensive. Guess I'll be making the trip to one of their other stores the next time we order sandwiches.
