Conveniently right off the turnpike with a large parking lot, I travel through here a lot and will be back. Had the chicken salad on a croissant and you could tell it wasn’t pre-made from a bucket. My side was cantaloupe, I expected pre-cut squares but instead I got three actual slices, nice! I will be back!
Got a seat, waited 10 minutes and no one noticed us waiting for service. Waitresses didn’t have their hair pulled back, so who knows if you might get a hair in your food. Ended up leaving.
Very friendly staff. The gentleman who brought out our food was very polite and took care of us while our waitress was taking care of other tables. Definitely will be back.
Just had brunch and it was GREAT! food from Tradewinds has always been better than most and 20 years later and a different location it still proved true! Volleyball at the Galley on Friday is great too!

Decent enough place. Good coffee and omelets. Do not order the quiche. Dry and no good. Pancake syrup tasted like corn syrup. Service was ok. I had to go to the counter to get my own coffee refill though. I probably wouldn’t come back again…unless I want a drink with my breakfast. not the worst place I’ve been, but given the choice I’d pick Cracker Barrel
We regularly order breakfast thru Dine-in from your location in Mishawaka. We were leery of trying an order from the Tradewinds in Elkhart since it hasn't been open as long.Today we got a Signiture omelet and Veggie Skillet with hashbrowns from your location in Elkhart. I HAD to post a review to let you know that our breakfast was delicious! It was better than any order from the Mishawaka location (and we order breakfast on almost a weekly basis). Please let the chef and all others involved how pleased we were with our food. You have gained a new customer because of the great job all involved did. Thanks again!

Really weird experience tonight. At 9pm, we were told last call for food and drinks was at 9:30. 85% of the tables were full. Got our last call drink at 9:20. And food was still being delivered at 9:45 -10. No further drinks being served and at least 60 people left in the place. Seems like a bad judgment call when you have so many paying customers!
Fantastic food, very cool place with a great Staff. Highly recommend this place. I will be back another day.
