I'm revising my score upward; thanks for the quick response! -- (original): I love this place -- excellent baked goods, and good, dark coffee. But can you please find a way to make it easier/faster for customers to get their one free refill? I typically have to wait in line for 8 - 10 minutes just to get a few pumps of coffee -- coffee that I could literally reach myself if you just set the containers out somewhere. I really hate wasting all that time in line, every time I come here.

Love this place. Small and intimate. Fantastic environment. The decor is wonderful. Comfortable in a cafe sense but not in a lounging way. Traditional ables and chairs instead of sofas however the vibe of the room is calming and appealing. Very friendly service. Can't say enough about the staff. My local favorite. Coffee is delicious. Tasty small bites too. If you have never been, Worthy of a cup.
This isn't the best coffee shop in the world, but it's pretty good and it has a cozy atmosphere. They also have nice baked goods. The selection varies a lot so sometimes they're better than others.There's a public parking lot across the street which I recommend over the street parking.
Decent coffee, yummy baked goods, cozy atmosphere. I like their covid dividers, it's a small space so they make it feel less like you're sitting at everyone's table.
Loved this place. Met here this morning with a business group and it worked well for it. Service was pretty quick with happy employees who enjoyed serving us. Had a very good latte with even a snowman in it! I will be back!
Almost every morning I get the same thing here; a hot or cold Eye Opener (depending on the outside temp) and a breakfast sandwich of some sort or a bagel. The electric brew is pretty much a main stay in my morning routine before I head to work; both for the food and the atmosphere.From time to time, I'll come in for lunch too and get a drink and soup or sandwich. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the baristas are very helpful and kind. They all seem to know my name, but I haven't done a good job learning their's ?Looking forward to many more eye openers ?
I’ve came here a lot because of the calm atmosphere to study but the food isn’t very good. I’ve tried cakes bagels and avocado toast and were all pretty bad. Avocado toast tasted like straight salt and some type of seasoning on 2 sad pieces of toast. The drinks are okay. Much better experience at a place like Panera or Starbucks.
Great coffee and atmosphere. Almond milk is a non-negligible extra charge though.
