This literally is the only Taco Bell I will go to that's around Elkhart, I feel like the people that work there actually care how your food is prepared. All the other Taco Bells that I've been to slap some stuff onto a tortilla or in a taco and they don't care about any kind of presentation. Please keep up the good work guys I love Taco Bell?
Almost every time I come here they come up with some lie for why they can’t take my order.. talk to the workers systems are down or they are low on staff but if you talk to a manager they take your order….
Disgusted with the manager. She was absolutely rude to my wife who went to pick up food for myself and the rest of the guys on shift at the fire house. She had made very rude comments to my wife about " who eats this much food" 'hot dogs are cheaper go somewhere else". Trust me, we will go somewhere else. This "manager" at this location is always rude and disgusting and does not belong in customer service in any form. Remove the poor leadership, and disgusting attitude this child brings to your establishment and watch how it changes your reviews.
Normally a smooth system in place here. Today something is wrong with the friers and they weren't able to fulfill my order. Hopefully things go better next time.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG. I ate here on Sunday night and didn’t get a chance to eat anything until I tried to Monday evening and bam! Worst case of food poisoning EVER. I was in the hospital all yesterday. Probably from the workers I saw without gloves, eating right by the drive window. This is so messed up, I haven’t been able to keep anything down for 3 days.
I ordered through the app and when I arrived to get my order through the drive thru, they told me they were closed (even tho all the lights are on). I informed them I had a mobile order and they said they weren't taking those either. So I cancelled my order and pulled off. Then I watched 3 DoorDash drivers come through and pick up their orders no problem. Why? Why is this happening?
Food tasted absolutely terrible! They did not give me a receipt or I would be calling the store manager. Everything tasted like a dry cardboard box. I told them hot sauce too and got nothing. I won’t be back.
Had to wait in line after they were only accepting mobile orders. The line had 6 cars. Some people already received their food and had to ask tge cat in front to move. Happend to many drivers. Needs a waiting system. Staff is nice.
Awful. 45 minutes in line with 2 cars in front of use and then watched the 3 teenagers that were at the window play with there hair,face, and phone.. Then grab cups for the car behind us. This wasn't today. Not sure I'll be heading back to that one anytime soon. Normally I try and give positive reviews but nothing positive out of that.
are y’all even open anymore?? i’ve went the past 3 times and first time they don’t take card, second time they closed bc they ran out of stuff , and this time i waited for about 3 minutes at the ordering microphone thing, and no one answered so we pulled up and no one was inside. not even a sign and all lights on.. a bit odd
