The speed and friendliness were above and beyond what I have experienced from other restaurants. The food was hot and actually really good. My dew was cold and hit the spot!
My grandmother and I were picking up lunch for my mother for work. Employees were very nice and very fast making our food. Why us this not a five star? I've over heard some employees arguing through the window. Please, this shows off bad news for the company alone.
Waited 20 mins for 2 burritos never got the burritos. But when i came in after work there wasnt any arguing and the lady immediately offered me my food then so gotta give em that. If u guys cant find employees its cause ur not paying js im makin 17.25 a block away gotta move with the times
Some of my order didn't make it to me, but I didn't realize until I was halfway home. Nacho fries were tasteless and not hot. Quick line though!
This is the worst tacobell known to man, service always takes forever. Rude employees most of the time. I could order a regular taco and they would find a way to mess it up. McDonald's across the street is a better option then this tacobell and that's saying a lot.. ?
It would have been better if I could go in to order. I hate drive thrus. I hadn't went to Taco Bell for a long time. They were patient when I ordered. I'd rather go in to order because I had a car accident many years ago when I got rear ended.
We ordered three tacos one way. Three another. Received two regular tacos and a bunch of sloppy burritos that weren’t ordered. They don’t even deserve one star
We went in there before the lobby closed. We did not get a hello or anything. All we heard the manager say was "who forgot to lock the door." The lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. we got there a couple minutes before, and since we we're pulling a large trailer that would not fit through drive-thru, we asked the manager if we could order at the window. He told us no and to leave. That was after a good 10 minute wait for someone to even talk to us. We deliver trailers for a living all over the country and have never had this problem anywhere. We then asked him for the store number and his name, and he refused to give us either. It turned out okay for us though, since McDonald's was more than happy to serve us by walking up to the drive-thru window. We will never go back to that Taco Bell again.
Like all fast food these days, almost every order has some problem. Last time was the mobile order wasn't showing up even though in the app i had the order number and confirmation. But they had someone else's order that came through. I will say though, they are more accurate with their orders than any of the McDonald's in the area.
I came in around 11:30 with my wife on our lunch break for work. We wait for abit then it was 11:55 I asked if they could not make it because I was going to be late getting back to work but, someone told us she was making it. We'll they forgot the chalupa in the craving box. Went back tried to get my food I paid for and the cashier was rude and disrespectful trying to rush me on the order they messed up on.
