Where to begin... When we first pulled up and started ordering our food, we were interrupted by the employee asking us to wait while he finished mopping. Then they were out of Mexican Pizzas, Toasted Chalupa, Baja Blast, and several other items. I ordered Nacho Belgrane and my husband ordered crunch wrap supreme. We were told they only have enough for the nachos but can put shredded cheese on the crunch wrap for an upcharge. When asked why we were being charged extra when they were out of the product "Michael " said he had to " keep track of product, and it's against company policy to substitute items" Michael made your store look so bad. I can't believe you hire people that act like that.
This Taco Bell messed up our order the first time just like the other Taco Bell did on LaSalle Street in South bend the first time but they did replace our order and made it right the second time at this Taco Bell they did but at the other Taco Bell they did not they fest they messed up again on the second order and then they gave us a third order that was correct
Politely told the guy in the kitchen my order was wrong and he rudely screamed back at me that it was correct. Nope order was still wrong and he didn't even offer to fix it. Will not be returning to this Taco bell location for a while.
It’s hard to find good help especially at fast food restaurants lately. But I had the pleasure of being served by Tracy . This is not my first experience with him he is incredible and if he’s not a manager he should be! Stand up employee very polite respectful and professional young man.
Yesterday was my first Taco Bell experience since before the pandemic it was so good Lol. But they did get rid of my mexi-melt burrito and that's not cool now they have nacho fries with steak supreme. I had the munchies !!!!
We got 2 Breakfast Boxes and had good service. Didn't wait to long in the drive thru and didn't wait long for our food. The Cinnabon coffee was delicious and Breakfast box was good. Definitely get it again
I've been to many Taco Bells here in Elkhart and elsewhere, but I haven't been more impressed and surprised by this Taco Bell's outstanding performance. Been to this location many times and have never had an order messed up and got through drive with relatively good drive times during any time of the day and night. The staff are friendly and I commend you all to doing such a good job!
Would Give 0 stars if I could, to start no receipt, then was asked to pull up an wait, ok no problem. When she brought out my order their were 2 other cars waiting an she brought all of our food out an Gave me the wrong bad an did not give me the drink I paid for, an after wait In line for 30 minutes there was no way at this point I was going to wait another 30 mins, I only get 30 minutes for lunch and was already late at this point, now I have food that is basic a bad of trash an no drink late for work an out money.Will not ever return
Not happy with taco bell. Got tacos and they were stale. The hard shells. Most of the time my tacos are mushy where u can't eat them . taco bell use to be my favorite not much anymore. Also employees are rude and doesn't talk to u. Doesn't even say have good day or anything.
If we are traveling on I-80 and need to take a break, this is one of our favorite stops because we can always count on our order being made correctly and customer service is always positive. On the latest stop, I was surprised by the upgrade to the interior. It was odd to order our own meal, but if it helps the workers with the flow, I will give it a go. While we waited for our order, we noticed how clean the inside was.
