I feel like I have the simplest order. Just meat and cheese, every other location (Concord &Goshen) seems to get it. But I went to this location due to it being right by my work. Specific day only meat and cheese substitute the cheese for nacho. Never asked what sauce we wanted. This is the first time they've messed up orders I drive outta my way to avoid it but couldn't this time. Whoever runs this place needs a change in career cause clearly this is the WORST Taco Bell in the area!!!!
The second worst TB we've ever been to. We ordered on the app for pick up in the store. They ignored us until we finally asked if they received our order. They had but for some reason thought it was door dash so didn't make it.Then they made our order wrong and didn't give us soda cups as part of our combo meals.Then the very pregnant cashier locked herself into the single stall bathroom for at least 10 minutes so I couldn't even wash my hands.In the meantime, a guy came in and was trying to get someone to take his order. After 5 minutes, someone finally told him to use the kiosk. He tried and didn't know how, and kept trying to get their attention to tell them he didn't know how. Everyone ignored him. Finally my husband helped him make his order on the kiosk.Then the cashier came out of the bathroom and walked right by him, ignoring him until he said "are you working up here?", whereupon she went back to the register so he could pay.Unbelievable.
I did a door dash with my own money, this was the worst food I had ever received from a restaurant in my 23 years of living. My chalupas were HARD and Halfway filled with meat. I didn’t even get one of my tacos. We got no forks for our potatoes. I really feel like I got scammed. I will never eat here again.
Awful experience. I don't know what happened but there seemed to be just one person working, and she was in the lobby on her cell phone. We waited in the drive thru line for close to a half hour and the line didn't budge. People that had already ordered were honking and there was even a patrol car in line waiting for food. I've been to many horrible Taco Bells but this one takes the cake. This was between 10 and 11 pm. Will not even try this experience again.
We ordered at 2:50a they claimed they were closed. I parked my car in the lot and people the same race as the workers showed up and they quickly served them. Drove back through immediately and tried to place an order for the second time but they "closed" within 15 seconds. Hmm
Never got to get any food, got there at 10 pm on a Thursday night and the line was out the parking lot for drive thru. We were there for 25 minutes and even watched as a woman backed her car into another man's car as she was trying to leave the drive thru, THE LINE NEVER MOVED. We finally gave up and left ourselves (without hitting another vehicle) only to drive around the store to see only one employee in the store sitting in the dining area on her phone wearing the headset for drive thru. For the 25 minutes we were there no order was taken and the people who had already placed their order did not get their food. There was even a police officer STUCK in drive thru and people were honking like crazy. They really need to hire people that WANT to work.
They were out of a lot of stuff & the meat always tastes old, not fresh. Never enough cheese on tacos. Wish they had better quality food.
Had to wait for fastfood. Fast being the key word. Wasn't fast, order wasn't right either. I actually had to go in with a smile on my face though. It was at least tasty
Slow slow slow. If you want to burn a couple of gallons of fuel sitting, trapped in the order line then use this TB. No sense of urgency. Then to add insult to injury, a simple order was made wrong. This is not fast food. - overall disappointing.
I only rated them 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. I have waited at this Taco Bell for 30+ minutes 5 times in the last couple of months. Several times it was over 45 minutes! It doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week they are always incredibly slow!! It’s very frustrating and unacceptable. Their managers are clearly beyond incompetent. STAY AWAY!!
