I was at this subway on 2- 20-22 at 11:00am only one person working and she was on her cell phone and another customer and I stood there for 10 minutes and she was still on her phone and she didn't even say anything to us so we walked out

Team members were very polite and made suggestions which turned out great! They greeted each customer and had great attitudes while up-seling, they did an excellent job and food was prepared quickly and to order!
They're pretty good. Every now and then they'll run out of my fav bread, italian herbs and cheese, but it is the best!? occasionally the bread is dry, but we usually order later, like 7-8 pm so... Usually they're great! Would recommend.
