first time goin through a drive through at a subway honestly I was a little worried that are subs was gonna be messed up but 3 subs they got every ingredient right didnt miss anything so dont know how the inside worked but drive through did great
Ask for my salad to be chopped up and they told me that they no longer chop salads. I’ve been coming to subway for years now and this is very disappointing.
Food was great, over price still but knew that going in. But they asked for a tip on the card machine which is new. And didn't have an none option on the 1st page

I appreciate them reaching out and therefore am modifying this to a 5 star for ensuring I was compensated for the issue.Super unhappy with the Nappanee Street location in Elkhart, IN. I put an order in for delivery through the Subway app. Had to go pick it up myself. They still charged me delivery fees, service fees and tip. You cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service and the store was no help as they told me to contact Doordash and Doordash says they never got the order on their end. This is a screwup and all I wanted was a refund for the fees and yet no response no matter how I try to contact them whether that e through Twitter or their own website.

Best employees so help friendly and helpful which is rare during these crazy times. Would recommend this store to anyone.
I just picked up a sandwich and asked for a very thin strip of ranch on it. went through the drive thru. there is so much on my sandwich I can't even eat it. and it tastes like mayo. NOT ranch.
Prices were decent. Some places with the fresh food have raised their prices significantly.
