It’s a shame you have to leave one star to be able to review, absolutely the worst one I have ever been to, waited 32 minutes for a hamburger and onion rings and then didn’t even get the order correct! Was traveling for work and was staying near here but deciding to stop here was by far a horrible decision!
The service & food was fantastic. I even had fun taking a photo ? outside.
Very small menu compared to pre-Covid. Had to order from kiosk, then they would bring food to table. Worst thing about visit was when server brought milk shakes to table, we asked for straws and were told that we would have to get up and get them ourselves at the fountain station. She was only about 5 feet from there and wasn’t about to bring straws to us, we had to get up from our seat to go get them. It certainly wasn’t because she was busy, we were the only table at 6PM on Saturday night. We won’t be going back to that location.
I want to commend the manager for maintaining professionalism with arguably the nastiest old man I've seen (and I've worked retail and service for years). The guy ordered the wrong thing and went off on the manager, cussing him out, name calling, told him he hopes he burns in hell, etc etc. Our food came quickly and correctly, and it tasted great. Haven't been to an S&S in years. The staff was all kind to that idiot. I respect it. Will come back if I'm in the area again.
Was in line at 11:45 PM store says they close at 12:00 AM I was the 3rd vehicle in a line of 6 at the drive-through, at 11:54 without taking any orders and telling us to hold on they walked outside turned off the lights and said they were closed "sorry". I have eaten at a lot of steak and shakes around this country as I travel with my job and they have always been on the higher end of fast food and stayed open till the last customer was served. I do not recommend this place at all.
We placed an order online at 10:54p, mind you they don't close until midnight. We stayed across the street at one of hotels and needed late night food.We got there at 11:06, past the time online said our order would be readyAt the drive-through we were greeted with "are you with doordash?"No, but we have an online order.3rd in line, we waited 20 minutes to get our food. Every other person that tried to get in line behind us was turned away, which was at least 6 cars.The food wad fine, service was awful.
Awful service through the drive-thru. They wouldn't even speak to us.When I asked what was happening, the manager told me specifically that they will not take anymore orders until the four patrons inside has theirs taken, and served.She was also generally rude.She raised her voice at her own employees when they had suggested they start taking orders.Would not recommend this location, others are fine though!
This was my son's first time having it and he loved it. Too bad we don't have any by us. Great experience for him and the staff was great and very friendly. Service was amazing. I've always had great experiences with this franchise. Thank you so much for making this a great experience for my son
Manager needs to be retrained on customer service. If you accidentally delete or lose an order... fine... but don't keep serving others before you make this mistake right. Over 30 minutes we waited while our other party members ate. We heard comments from the staff about them not wanting to serve us as soon as we walked it. Awful customer service. Go somewhere else. Food.... meh. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Contacting the Corporate Office.
The order takers voice is like a game show host, I love it. I enjoy pretty much everything on the menu. Hard to choose. If not sure what to eat... have one of their shakes ooohh you don't me disappointed.
