I don’t know why this place has bad reviews. They were so kind, made our drinks PERFECTLY and everything was super quick in drive thru. I’m a barista at an east coast location and you can tell they they follow drink recipes to the T. To all of the people who are complaining about the small amount of foam, ask for light ice or get a grande drink in a venti cup with foam.

Insanely long. Customer service sucks! Either they’re understaffed or just moving slow but we waited 1 hour for our drink

I always use the app to order ahead and in the last several months my order has been “lost” or way beyond the max estimated time (like 15 minutes beyond). Often when I go, I see a lot of other people who are waiting for orders as well and seem to have also been “lost”. I was late to work once, asked if they got my order and they made it for me then once, and had to get a refund the third time. I keep going back because it’s the only “order ahead” near me. Lately their drinks are also not very good and don’t taste how they’re supposed to at all (because anywhere else has consistently tasted how it’s supposed to, so I know something isn’t right). I need to just stop going because it’s a bad experience almost every time.

I’m just curious if waiting 35 minutes in line when there’s only five cars in the drive-through is an acceptable wait time for a customer and then when I pull up to the window everybody’s moving at a snails pace?!? Is there not a manager there or do you guys not know how to properly staff the Starbucks I saw four people and only two people were making coffee and the one person I don’t know who she was making a coffee for but it definitely wasn’t mine and I’m sitting there waiting on my coffee and the lady asked the person that’s making the coffee‘s if she has my coffee order ready and she says no I’m still working on it I’m at the window so I don’t know what she could be working on there’s nobody in the building so drive-through needs to be a priority because this is the slowest drive-through I have ever been in in my life do you not know how to run a business?????

I gave it two stars to get the attention of hopefully the manager! You make the drinks great but if there are more than 4 people in line you’re waiting for 30 min to get your drink ….. this is by far THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever seen in my life. I’ve been here MANY many times and it’s always the same. This is ridiculous. Only come here if you have nothing else to do that day at all because you’ll be in line forever for a coffee. I don’t even understand how making a coffee could take this long. Fix this issue

I fought the Starbucks craze for many years until I got a $50 gift card...now, I am obsessed with the Pink Drink. This is a very busy Starbucks. I have noticed they prioritize drive thru before people who go in and order. They do work very hard. I suggest ordering ahead online for a quick pick up.

My go-to! The employees are cheerful and kind, and they are very considerate. The interior and exterior are beautiful too!!

Been in the drive through for FORTY. Minutes for ONE drink because there’s no way to exit once you are in line. Had 4 cars in front of me. Get to the window and tried to be given a drink I didn’t order. They say ok and then try to charge me $12 for one drink I question it and they were trying to give me someone else’s order AGAIN. So I just left. Will never go back.

Starbucks always seems to be a hopping joint. Barista are courteous and helpful even when they seem short staffed and slammed. Awesome humans and groovy cafe.

Absolutely delicious. My first visit and I had no idea what to order. The young girl working the drive thru was able to recommend a drink based on what I said I liked. Prices were totally reasonable despite what people had me believing. I'll definitely be back.
