It was the best experience I have had there in a long time. Our waitress was great all of our dinners were spectacular and everything was was served at just the right time.
Still the same old Red Lobster. (Almost) Outstanding quality sea food. Just wish they would bring back the Thousand Island dressing to our Elkhart location.
Very good service from 'Apple' in the bar area. Items tend to be pricey but very luxurious. Drinks cold and very available.
Clean, with prompt, friendly service and an outstanding dinner of surf & turf.
It has always been good for us. The only reason for a 4-star is because 4 out of our 5 meals showed up and we had to wait a few more minutes for them to make another plate for my mother-in-law. Our service was good and the food was good.
We walked in and we got greeted and seated right away which was amazing. Took the waiter 20 minutes before we saw him. We get our drink and then he doesn’t ask if we were ready to order which we were he just walks away and we wait 25 minutes before being able to order but we kept seeing him at other tables. We finally get to order and the food come out and I got the lobster , salmon and shrimp meal and my food was burnt the lobster was way over cooked I couldn’t even eat and on top of that my mashed potatoes were cold. The waiter never came back to ask how the food was and we didn’t see him the rest the night after food so we just paid the check and left. Although we did leave a decent tip I am just very disappointed and I was really looking forward to eating there
We came in this evening for my grandsons birthday. This is the only place that he wanted to go. Our family has 10 people. Not only was the hostess much less than friendly we were told that we would have to sit in 2 different sections for his birthday dinner. We were turned away being told that 1 waitress could not accommodate us. I have served tables my whole life and have never had trouble serving a 10 top. The parking lot was pretty empty. Can't believe when a restaurant is this slow that we would be turned away. I can see why the restaurant was not busy. Very disappointing!
Very busy Friday night during Kent. I was dining alone and able to eat at the bar without a wait.Servers were very efficient, friendly and not stressed without suffix help.
Food tasted good. Service was excellent. They stopped with the steak and seafood combinations. Except for two. Now you have to buy the steak at full price and then add whatever you want to it at an additional price. Kind of a pain in the butt. I wish they had their old menus back.
Went on a Wednesday evening, not busy. We had a party of 7. They wanted to put us in small booth with one person at the end. We asked for a table because we had a handicap person with us. They put us as far back in the restaurant as they could, next to emergency exit and big windows. It was freezing and our handicap person had great difficulty walking that distance. I asked manager if we could exit through back door because our handicap person and we were told no. Ordered salad and asked for Italian dressing, told they don’t serve that! Who doesn’t serve Italian dressing? Ordered thousand island, they don’t serve that either! Ordered cheese sticks for appetizer, they were out.ordered king crab legs, they were out!
