Food was bland and dry. Manager was talking bad about employees that weren't there, loud enough for all customers to hear. She got louder when she discovered how disgusting the bathrooms, and that did it for my appetite.
If I could rate zero, I would. Dropped a $700 catering order for a company function and nobody showed. Nobody answers the phone and I go to the store and it's locked up. I guess someone decided not to go to work today. Poor job on the owners for not getting shifts filled properly. Never coming back. Qdoba doesn't have a customer service line, so that's also another reason to not give them my $$.
A chain, so nothing higher than a 4. But. Service was awesome - the people working stayed focused and did their best to keep up with a long line despite being understaffed. Everyone kept their composure and it made a difference in serve times. Food here is always fresh and still hot when we get it home. Great job!
We pick Qdoba over Chipotle literally any chance we are given. They don't charge extra for any of your ingredients and always give you great portions for your money. The staff is always wonderful and very friendly.
This location is ridiculously slow. I have tried to defend qdoba as the best fast food Mexican take out chain but this is the 2nd one in this area that continues to get worse. There were 5 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get to the cash register. This is an awfully long time to wait for food. Once I sat down I noticed most of the tables were not clean and the trash was overflowing.
Placed an order through their app at 7:20am for delivery at 5:45pm received a text saying that my order has been modified or canceled at 5:11pm. I understand it's hard to keep up with demand being short staffed but I called to see if it was canceled so I could order from somewhere else and no body is answering the phone.Edit: food never showed
Placed a delivery order due to all day meetings at work making it impossible to leave. Delivery was cancelled by DoorDash, but when I tried to call the store to verify that this was the case I got a busy signal. I tried again numerous times for over 25 minutes and continued to get a busy tone. This place has continued to go downhill very quickly but I wanted to give one last chance. Unfortunately I'm still disappointed.
10/5 stars! I love this place. The store is clean, the food has been fresh and delish, the staff is friendly, and Lynell (sp?) treats me as if I am her long lost daughter. She and others have been really welcoming and helpful with recommending things since my first time at Qdoba was a few weeks ago.I've been back 3 or 4 times on 2 weeks because I loved it. I was also pleasantly surprised that some meals come with queso and guac without an extra cost! The queso is a little liquidy, but still tasty, and there's a spicy queso! Also the Cholula Chicken is incredible.
Very unhappy with my latest experience here. I wasn't told they had VERY limited drinks until after I said it was for here and was standing there with my burritos. The chips had an unpleasant smell and tasted odd. Hoping Chipotle will open soon...
