Service was fast food is always good.Let me edit this review. Service was fast in the food was always correct in the bag. Until now. You forgot all of my biscuits you forgot my sides you forgot my kids toy. Really sucks especially when you don't want to altercations over somebody else not paying attention. I do think the food is good but the price is way to high now for 5pc chicken tender, second they need to label the food if it's mild or spicy cuz what if the person is allergic to spicy food?? ? when I ask her if the box is labeled mild or spicy she said yes, when I look for that label/sticker if it's spicy or not. None was on it. This is not the only first time it happened this is like the 5th time....
The chicken was hard and tough, I'm not sure if it was the time of day we went, but it did not taste good. Heavy grease like it has been over fried or cooked. I doubt I will return anytime soon.
Haven't had many problems at this restaurant and if you do have problems they are always willing to help fix the issue.
The chicken was great but their sides don't correspond well with the selection I made. Needing to serve 5 people, I ordered a 16-piece chicken meal, a side of mashed potatoes, green beans and red beans and rice. When I went to pick up my food, they didn't have any green beans, so I got an extra mashed potatoes, which is a good thing I did. A carton of mashed potatoes serves about 2 people. It was all very good, as you would expect, but you may want to make your own sides or order more sides.
They staff is so kind and fun you can just feel the energy when you walk in they tend to you quickly and efficiently. The chicken is cooked well and the sides are amazing I recommend the Mac and cheese. The new gm is very nice and cares alot about her restaurant she's helpful when you have questions or concerns. I recommend trying popeyes on cr6 is a very good experience.
Very disappointed again. My fault I didn't check the bag. $4 fir rice and beans and didn't get them. We ordered 2 Tackle Boxes and the fries were warm at best and soggy. ?. I gotta say I'm not a big fan of this restaurant
Love that chicken from Popeyes! The wait for this chicken is worth it, who wants piping hot chicken straight out the fryer? I do. I don’t want chicken from under a heat lamp. The staff has been very nice, even through the chaos. This is my preferred chicken restaurant. Trust me I’ve tried them all. Glad we have a Popeyes in our county.
This is one of the best Popeyes I have visited. Fast, correct orders, food is hot and fresh, and the employees are friendly. Highly recommend this location. I'll continue to visit at least weekly.
This store really saved me last week. Pulled up to the drive 959 and they mentioned they just closed. Asked if there was anything they could do for me. As I'm a nights worker and my past chance to get food till morning. They said pull arround. And to my surprise gave me leftovers and wouldn't even let me pay for them. Just want to say thank you. Every time I've visited this location they have been amazing!!!!!
