Very disappointed. It took a very long time to get through their line. Very unorganized. Once at the window, still sat for 10 minutes before they even took my payment. Our food was just sitting there. They messed up our two special order sandwiches and they left out two of our sides and a biscuit. The fries came out cold and stale as if they were cooked an hour earlier.
You know what you getting from Popeyes when you go there. But Elkhart is thirsty and the wait times are 1 hour or more. Be ready for a journey! They really need to go ahead and set up curbside pickup ASAP. Only way to get your food is drive thru. Also check your food before you leave! I learned that the hard way today
