Their carryout specials are as good as any of the chains. I have a nostalgic love for Pizza Hut pizza.
My toppings were incorrect. And I was supposed to have a credit put back on my account due to the last time I ordered it was 2.5 hours and I still did not have my pizza delivery. So, I went there and picked it up myself. I was supposed to get delivery fee and tip refunded but that never happened. Never add on a tip on credit card!
I order stuff crust with pepperoni and Italian sausage with light sauce. The worst pizza I ever had the crust wasn't even done and heavy sauce. I tried to call the store 3 times but no one answered. I am here for work I will tell all the contractors I work with not to order from here.
Hot & Fresh. They are not open for "dine in" however, the manager saw how bad we wanted to eat our fresh pizza right then and there and allowed us to do so! DELICIOUS
We ordered at 9pm said it was gonna be here at 10:52 it got to 12:00 at MIDNIGHT and still nothing ! Never again .
Waited 2 hours for a personal pan pizza and 6 wings and they thought I was going to accept this food cold and pay for it!! The only option they gave me was to cancel the order. Don’t waste your time.
Ordered online with no issues. Pizza arrived within the promised delivery time and it was hot and delicious!
My new go to when I want to spend 40$ on cold and tasteless food that arrives 3 hours and 8 minutes after ordering ?No problem on waiting as long as my food dosent sit like it did this time, but would of liked to know before ordering.Taste like the box it came in absolutely the worst pizza delivery I've had to date absolutely tasteless and i dont know how something can be stale and spongy at the same time probably all the grease. Not sure if this is common but looking at the other reviews it might be.
Why in the world would I want to talk to a CALL CENTER IN INDIA TO ORDER FROM A STORE AROUND THE BLOCK?!? It makes absolutely no sense! I had a credit from a previous order when they forgot something, I placed the order, mentioned the credit, only to have the lady tell me that I had to talk call the store directly to get said credit!! I spent 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone at the store only to be hung up on by the automated thing 6 times, called the call center back & they couldn't get a hold of anyone either. Google says the hours had been updated by the business 4 days ago, ergo they should be accurate! Either no one showed up to open the store or people aren't doing their job! Either way, definitely won't be trying this place again! The only Pizza Hut in the area worth anything is the one on Nappanee St. & they're carry out only!
took a hour in a half for one large pizza, it came with all the slices flipped around, pizza was cold and burnt, gave a really good tip spent way more money then i should of. so annoyed
