Worst customer service ever!! Never greeted with a "Hi", a smile, or a "thank you for coming in". Every time I am in this store I feel like I'm an inconvenience to them or I'm bothering them...seriously...a customer should never feel like that! I have given this store lots of my business and money but I can say that they just lost it all!
Delicious subs, Always hot and tasty fries.Could be a bit better with customer interaction, it would help if you weren't making the customers rushed through the ordering process
Usually go to Mishawaka location but was in the area so decided to go here. Food was good except I specifically asked for no mayo on my sandwich since I can’t eat it, and sure enough there was mayo on the sandwich. Was dissatisfied, will stick to Mishawaka location.
I love penn station. It’s the only place I can get a veggie sub and be completely happy. However it’s 6pm on a Thursday night and there’s staff inside making food but the open sign isn’t on. I checked DoorDash and Grubhub to see if I could order online…nope. I attempted to call the number on google and it’s disconnected. If there’s a staffing problem, that’s fine. But it’s been weeks of trying to get food from here and I’ve had no luck.
Always great service when I go there. Great food and love their fries and fresh lemonade.
Stopped in at 621 PM on a Friday evening. Sign on door said they were going to close at 7 due to staffing. Stood under the order here sign until 626 while an employee stood a few feet away making a sub. She would not acknowledge we were there.. at 626 a different employee came up and told us they were not offering inside dining for the rest of the night. No hi, how are you of anything.
I love the subs here!!!! The Italian is just flat out amazingly delicious! I try not to get the large becuase its a ton of food...then... get the large every time lol Now...on to the hand cut fries that are made when you order them... YUMMY! Unless you plan on only eating fries i cant phatom ordering a large order of fries. Combined w a sandwich a small is generally more than enough for me! Its going to run you around $15-$18 per person for sub, fries, large drink and it is totally work it. I just wish they had Coke products! lol Bon Appétit!
Always delicious, friendly enough. One of the more reliable restaurants around here. Only thing is we went there at 7:30 once and they were already closed which was frustrating.

Normally love Penn Station for their hot sandwiches, fresh lemonade, and fresh cut fries but this location is awful. I ordered a sandwich and got home and they didn’t put any meat on it. Reminder these sandwiches are pricey but good when they’re made right. Service was super slow as well. Unfortunately won’t be returning.
