Will not order again. Crust like cardboard. Specifically asked for garlic dipping sauce and red pepper flakes. Neither included. Asked for delivery and not told the delivery fee. Taste nothing like the Papa John pizza I remembered from few years ago. Would not recommend or buy again.

We normally order from here, we LOVE PJ pizza. I placed an online order tonight and was called about 5 minutes after from the manager stating that they had been slow, so they shut the ovens down "about a half hour ago to have them cleaned." I told him I definitely appreciated the call, but was kind of upset that some people don't get home from work right at 5pm and can order dinner, so the people that get home late can't order what they want. All in all, we will still order from here as they ALWAYS have great customer service, but if you can't fulfill orders, close your online ordering?
I ordered well done and the pizza was far from it. Also the garlic sauce was partially opened? I started “shake well” and got splattered
I have had bad experience s in the past but the last time I was there it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly. Food was much better.
Deliveries are never on time pizzas are undercooked and incorrectly cut And it's crazy over priced what a joke... Sent me the wrong pizza I called they told me they were sorry it would be another 45 minutes to an hour then offer me a coupon or anything else for my troubles will troubles will never use them again
It arrived the estimated time it said it was, but it was absolutely cold and the pizza was soggy from all the sauce. The ONLY reason I'm giving it a 2 is because the cheese sticks we got were good, even being super cold. Highly disappointed
Picture this its Friday night. No plans for the evening but video games and my recliner. I'm an hour into gaming when the hunger sets in. I check the fridge nothing but Premium Chocolate Milk and Takis. This won't do. I hit the freezer nothing but frozen rats for my snake and Creamsicles. I call pizza hut 2 hour wait. I get on Door Dash and order Papa John's 45 minutes they say. 31 minutes later my pizza shows up and I play video games the rest of the night. Life is good.
Pizza ALWAYS undercooked even when you ask to bake well done. Corporate only gives discounts on next order for twenty bucks. Disappointing and insulting. Theres better pizza in town, research before you waste money on dog food quality undercooked slop.
pizza is good but can barely order over the phone theycan’t hear and they told me it’s to loud in there & i repeat my order over & over if it’s to loud fix it??♂️
