I always order the daily double and it’s always fresh ! Only issue that I had was a rude employee at the drive thru window but that was solved quickly ..
Gentleman took our order.. Fantastic service, he deserves a raise. Been coming since early 90's, love this location
Never have very good luck here. Lady was very snappy rude to us. And didnt get out order right. We always give the fast food industry a break bc we they do go through a lot. But no need to be rude to your NICE customers
This McDonalds is clearly struggling. It is short-staffed and the wait was incredibly long. To make matters worse, the manager or assistant manager was extremely rude to customers who asked about the status of their orders. We never did end up getting the right drink that my nephew ordered. I do not plan to come back again; and, until they're better staffed, I wouldn't really recommend ordering food from this location.
Line was long. No big deal. McDonalds can be quick at times. But waiting in line only to be told that you have to place your order at the window and then the line stops. Just stops. A slug trying to race a sloth would have been a quicker bet than staying in this line and hoping for food within the next 3 hours. Just awful! Never again!
Was charged for a DAILY DOUBLE (ordered) but received a plain double cheeseburger. Tried to call the phone number on the receipt and it is a non-functioning number. Tried to submit the text survey... does not recognize the keyword given on the receipt. This is just one of many bad experiences with this location. Unfortunately it's one of very few lunch choices near my job.
Horrible! I ordered from the app, while I was in the parking lot. I set it up to be picked up at the counter inside. I waited at the counter for over 20 friggin minutes!!! No one would even acknowledge me! My chicken sandwich was cold, and my frappe had huge chunks of ice that wouldn't even go thru the straw. Never again.
I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I waited half an hour in the drive through for a cookie and a coffee. Then the lid was faulty or something (it appeared to be on correctly) and I spilled hot coffee all over my chest and lap.
Stopped here after a horrible experience at the Taco Bell right down the street. Waited in the drive thru line for quite a while before we finally got to where you order your food only to be told not to order till you get to the second window. I waited another 30 minutes without moving before I left without ever even placing an order
Restrooms were in terrible shape and after waiting 20min in line with multiple employees looking directly at me I still received no service to take my order. Absolutely would not recommend going here!
