The new McDonald's app is nothing but trouble! I tried to use points that were expiring and could not find how to use the points from the app, and neither was four people at two different locations. So I lost half my points which in my opinion should never expire. I wasted an hour of my life trying to do the impossible with guidance from the uninformed. I want my hour back.

good service and fast, it's not so congested even though I went at dinner time, I recommend this place and they speak Spanish

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. When we first got there, we went and used the restroom. Opened the door and about 10 young employees were hanging out & playing around in there. They left as soon as we walked into the restroom. Ordered a kids meal on the mobile app and waited in the restaurant to pick it up. There might’ve been 2/3 people ahead of us. We waited 30 minutes for one kids meal. While waiting, we observed multiple employees just standing around, playing on phones, messing with their hair, doing nothing! So slow! The girl handing orders out at the counter wasn’t saying the number that went with the order and made the comment “don’t these people know what they ordered” as it was a constant guessing game if it was one persons order or another as number was never mentioned. Slowest and worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. I will never visit here again.

I sat at the window for 10 minutes before I was handed part of my order. Then had to give them my receipt to get the rest of my food. Was pulled forward and sat another 6 minutes before I yet again didn't get my full order. Employees were keeping drive through windows open, I watched tree cotten along with bugs fly into the building then entire time I was there. Seemed to be more interested in talking to eachother and taking their breaks then working. Health and safty should definitely do a surprise inspection, worst experience at a McDonald's ever.

When someone comes to the counter. The cashier person should say "Thank you for choosing McDonald's, how may I help you?"Everyone understands those words.Quit asking me if I am Door Dash.

They need to get people in this place that cares because the quality of food is awful you are lucky if you get anything fresh. I spend 30 plus dollars everytime we get food and fries taste old and burgers taste cold like they weren't even kept in a warmer and don't ask for sauces or chocolate milk because they almost never have them. I understand short staff and what not buy people can do better.

Since the new management has taken over this McDonald's, it has actually become a place where you can get food and get once you order. With the previous management I avoided this particular McDonald's because at random times of day they just decided they were not going to take orders or we could wait over 30 minutes and hope to get warm food. Under this new management I hope they keep going and hope that they continue to to improve.

PRICES ARE GETTING WAY TOO HIGH AT ALL MCDONALDS WITH SLOWER SERVICE. The young lady that waited on us got alittle rude. Had a young child sitting by her at the window. Couldn't get any drinks so canceled our order and left. Bad experience!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst ran McDonald's ever. No one cares about the food I watched them fill up half a large fry and then proceed to hand it to me like what.. find better management and owners. Me personally I could run this store better by myself with no help.

We went through the drive through at about 9:40am on March 27th 2022. We order two sausage egg and cheese Muffins, and two hash browns. We were told it would be 7 something. My husband used his debt card to pay. He was not given a receipt. He had a funny feeling about not getting a receipt, so he asked if he could get one.The lady said the printer was not working......That furthered his concern, so he asked me to check our account. After logging into our online banking it said we were charged $11.11.I thought maybe we just miss heard the young lady.He then asked me to log in to our McDonald's app, and place the same order to see what the total would be. After doing so the total said it would be $7.11.My husband's speculation is now that we probably purchased an employee's meal. After such a shady encounter we now plan on keeping a close eye on our account. Just a heads up to everyone that plans on stopping there. It might be a good idea to keep an eye on your online banking.
