They cannot get a simple sandwich together you can order the sausage McMuffin and what you'll get is uncooked bacon on an uncooked McMuffin when you call them they say oh we'll make it right we'll fix it we'll take care of you and what do you want on top of that for the inconvenience of what you went through you tell them large orange juice and you know what you get told when you go in to get that same order redone we don't do that here I wouldn't go to a McDonald's if you paid me to go their food is went down their menu has went up all they are about is money in their pocket not about anything else
I was in the outside drive through and 2 cars went to the inside. They got waited on first even though I was there first for about 5 minutes waiting. I ordered 2 Mc Doubles plain and 4 Mc Chicken with Mac Sauce. Got home and my order was all messed up. McDoubles with everything on it Mc Chicken no Mac Sauce!!!! On top of that they tried to tell me have a nice day without giving me my 2 Mocha Lattes!!! Every time I try to give them another chance they ALWAYS MESS MY ORDER UP!!! Done with this Mc Donald’s!!!!
We were in a bind for time. Out eldest was returning from a flight from Atlanta Georgia.This particular McDonald's was extremely rude when THEIR Mistakes were pointed out.NEVER AGAIN will we visit THIS location.NEVER AGAIN
This McDonald's does not have good service! They don't say anything when you are in drive thru waiting to order. Kept having to say hello to get anyone's attention. They weren't very friendly so I drove out of line and didn't place an order. Would definitely not recommend this McDonald's! Horrible service and it gets 2 thumbs down ??
Went through the drive-thru just to order an ice cream cone. When I tried placing my order the only response I got was "no ice cream" I asked if they were saying that there was no ice cream currently available and I didn't receive any response after that. Such poor customer service. And seriously WHY IS THE ICE CREAM ALWAYS DOWN??
Stood in line at the counter for 13 minutes to be able to pay for my kiosk order. They continued to serve dry through, 24 cars before I was able to get anybody's attention to ask when my order was going to be ready. That's when I was told that my order was not even on your screen because it hadn't been paid for yet. The kiosk would not let us pay at the kiosk, it said we had to pay at the counte. So we left without getting any food.
Did an online order and they had me sitting there for 45 min. Claimed they were closed and i was paying a third party (on the mcdonalds app) and that they couldnt give me my money back.
The lady working the drive through today was extremely friendly to me! I'm in line right now, it's three till 5:00 pm. Thanks for the great service!
TERRIBLE!!! So far 6 cars have pulled away from drive thru due to no one taking there order. I'm patiently waiting to place my order but my patience is very thin after waiting now for 33 min! I'll give you 5 more min because I'm hungry, but that's it. Don't want my business or can't staff your store after a certain time at night, then close down and I'll take my $ elsewhere. This is ridiculous....
Foods always fresh never really had an order issue. I try to speak to the ones who work drive through most speak back good crew over there they just need a little bit more energy!
