Inedible. That’s right, I never thought hash browns could be uncooked but they were. I didn’t trust the rest of the meal so it all had to be thrown out, soda included. To make matters worse, we didn’t get all the food we ordered. Unfortunately the lobby was closed and we did not receive a receipt so we have no way to get our money back.
This McDonald's is the worse one I've ever had the misfortunate to stop at. All except one employee could not care less about us. We tried to talk to one young lady and she had no response, just a 5 mile stare. She made us feel like we were bothering her by asking for some napkins. The food was terrible. We actually threw out most of what we ordered. The fries were cold and stale tasting. The burgers just tasted wrong. The only food we actually consumed were the vanilla shakes we ordered. After about 10 hours on the road. (We were traveling to Wisconsin from the east coast.)This was the place we stopped for food. We figured it's McDonald's and anticipated the service and food to be like what we've always experienced, were we ever wrong... McDonald's really needs to re-examine this location. We will not be making that mistake ever again.
The computer system was down they were taking orders at the window making the orders and then sending you on your way. We were at the drive-thru window for 45 minutes but as a plus they gave us extra food that we did not pay for but they did not complete our order that we did order but they gave us stuff on our order that we did not order so our order was pretty good
A neat updated McDonald's, the only thing I downgraded was that one of the employee's children were roaring around the lobby as I was eating and no one was doing to much to stop the kids from opening cabinets, knocking down the stack of table numbers onto the floor and the noise, so much noise from them yelling and banging on the glass...maybe it was because PlayPlace playground was closed, but still...it was irritating to have to sit and try and enjoy your food while a cluster of children drop chairs to the ground flinging jackets into the air.Plus the employee was on a call outloud inside, which I didn't have a problem necessarily but she did let some curse words slip.Food was just fine
Waited in line for a while. It was moving along good for a little bit but I later found put that was likely due to cars leaving the line. When I got to the speaker they said they weren't taking orders there but at the window instead. Then they told me they couldn't tell me how long it would be until the line was going to move because they were changing shifts. Not sure what that has to do with anything. I've worked in fast food and it doesn't take a significant amount of time to change shifts.
I went through the drive thru since it was after 1030 pm and the lobby was closed. They had a line that stretched all the way around the building. It took over 90 minutes for me to get to the window, even with a bunch of cars leaving the line in front of me. When I finally pulled up to the speaker to place my order, the reason became clear on why it was taking them so long. They weren't taking orders at the speaker. Instead, they were taking the orders right at the window, then making them at that time. Once the orders were placed, it didn't take long to get the food, but that 90+ minute wait in line was what killed it for me.
Slowest around. Window service vapes while you're paying and doesn't talk to you.Food is normally very good and spot on but the fries are usually hit or miss. Take some extra time and go to the one on 19.
I bought a medium a orange juice and they gave me a small and said that’s the size they give for a medium I’d hate to see what a small is
The McDonald’s cashier dropped my change and my recipt. Slammed the window on me so when I got to the food window. I told the lady handing out the food. The lady goes to the cashier and we can hear say “ are you for real?” My money is just as important as McDonald’s getting there’s. Don’t worry I will be for real calling corporate ?
I understand why this location has so many 1 star reviews…. The service is slow!!! Do not go here. The food is cold and you’ll wait 30 minutes in the drive thru
