Drive thru service was quick, we didn't have to wait besides the line. Food tasted like typical McDonald's.Their ice cream machine was down, but I've never been here before so I couldn't say if that's a regular thing or not. Also, with it being right on a busy road, getting out was a pain.
Hard to get anyone to take my order, scrambled eggs were tough,no salt pepper or silverware. The kid cleaning the dining was so slow and had an attitude, should have been fired.
3 differant employees were just standing outside while I was the only person in the drive through, an no one took my order, I had to leave for work. All I needed was a coffee. Would give 0 stars if I could, will never return.
Incredibly slow and disorganized. Dirty tables everywhere. Even after clearing all the number signs and debris off tables, they were never wiped down!\\nAte in and 20 minutes to just get my order. Had to ask 3 Times because my number was never showing on the screen. Many customers experiencing the same problems.
All counter, soda area, tables and floors are nasty and sticky. They get orders wrong. One employee dress like she is off the clock wearing purses around her shoulder.The only employee that dresses like the dress code says is a white lady on 2nd shift. She wears her proper uniformneat and clean and actually wears a net on her head and wears a nice smile and professionalism
Big sign says lobby open lobby is hardly ever open the drive thru is super slow and if you get in the wrong lane even though they dont have it blocked off they wont answer and take your order. If its a staffing issue pay better and maybe youll get better employees.
The food was just ok. I ordered the fish and it was dry and seemed like it was sitting around way too long, but my fries were great, hot and fresh. They are over priced. Six and a half dollars with tax for a fish and small fry with a medium soda.They need to bring back the dollar menu
Nothing to say really. It's McDonald's. They're either super rude or take way too long in the drive thru. Don't get me started on the wait in the dining room, let alone if they even look your way. It's TERRIBLE especially when the teenager's are working. Seems they never have a manager that can keep them in line with their absurd, vulgar language.
Mcdonalds had a special on breakfast sandwich. The food was was hot and well prepared. Drive through was about as fast as expected.
Service was fast, however the thin blond running drive through was rude..no Good Afternoon, Hi how are today..nothing but food bag nearly thrown at me through the car window with no sorry, have a good day.. nothing! I was so hungry and have not ate out or had fast food in a very long time. (Bariatric Surgery) They didn't have the sandwich I really wanted and craving that I have seen advertised (which is nothing special. It's just a come back around thing like the McRib) no clue or explanation why, like perhaps could have said it's not in this area yet or something, so I got a bacon McDouble and small fry. (I'm sorry I did ) It did not hit the spot, just did not agree with me, perhaps cuz it was luke warm when I got it and cold by the time I got home over on 7th St and didn't nook it before I ate it?..My dog also had a complaint ..she knows the "Golden Arches" and she knows she getting a small fry (she's near 10 yrs old and been doing this for many yrs) and to her dismay she didn't even eat the fries like always. However I think we will go back one last time when we come back thru Mishawaka. Everyone deserves a second chance. If things are not better, we won't be back...JS! Will update next visit.
