Unbelievable. I have loved KFC most of my life but I have never, in over 20 years, been to such a bad location before! The parking lot has HUGE potholes. The inside is not clean. My husband went went the bathroom and said it appeared to have not been cleaned and maintained in a month - toilet paper all over on the floor, empty toilet paper dispensers, and it smelled horrible. The service was quick and friendly at the counter, but when we got home with the food, they shorted us a biscuit (which, I understand human error happens, oh well). All but 2 of the biscuits we did get were extremely undercooked... doughy and absolutely disgusting. The Mac n cheese was overcooked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine and reflected their usual standard of food. Even the chicken tenders were horrible... I will never come here again. I just can't. KFC is expensive and gas prices are getting worse. If I'm going to leave and get food like that again, I definitely won't be wasting the time, money or gas ever going to this location EVER the hell again. NEVER.
Had the chicken sandwich.. It had what I thought were suppose to be pickles but tasted like cucumbers. They were dilled enough.. But the sandwich was great once I took off the cucumbers things..
Good service. Good food. Yummy!
I stopped here because my son has a disability and only eat very few things and he love the popcorn chicken but sadly my son couldn't eat it because we were served some really dried out and hard pieces of popcorn chicken and the person on headset didn't act friendly as I am ordering she said will that be all and repeated several times.
Crispy chicken is a good choice. Great service during the day.
Fast, friendly and super courteous service from Eric!. Especially after work, which was much appreciated. This KFC has also been a great spot for really good food. I definitely recommend one of the famous bowls. The mashed potato with corn, chicken, cheese and gravy is outta this world!
For only 2 people working, they are awesome ? Haven't seen a full crew in years! Very tasty good quality food. Any issues I've had, they always make right, you only have to talk to them nicely ... as real people ;)
It's always tasty, but like everywhere right now they are understaffed and have made some odd decisions as a company. For example you can no longer substitute a different side for your family meal instead of cole slaw. I'm sure it's the most cost effective thing to include in that meal and they lose a tiny portion of their profit by not letting you choose the side.
Kernel Sanders would be disgusted that this place has has name on the building. To pay the amount of money for chicken and the wings were no bigger then quarters. And beyond dry.
We ordered near closing time, actually two hours before. Chicken was dry coleslaw was dry the biscuits were perfect and the fries were so so. I almost hesitated to give it three stars. :-(
