Bread was fresh, sandwiches were well made. Cut in half as requested. Ordering online was convenient as was the pickup shelving by the door. Took longer than stated, but they were slammed. Oatmeal raisin cookie was stale, but that's probably to be expected considering most probably go with chocolate chip.
SLOOOOWEST JJ store I've ever been to. Dining rm was full of carry out customers waiting. 8 sandwiches were made in front of ours. I didn't get what I ordered & I swear one of the employees was falling asleep while making food.

I love jimmy John's only reason it's 4 stars is because they have messed up my order a couple times and were reluctant to fix it once other wise definitely a better choice than subway
I had a delicious sandwich here. These people were concerned about my allergy and assured me no fresh tomato would be on the sandwich. It was so good. I think it was a chicken club with pesto and roasted tomatoes (not allergic to those). I explained that I had a bad experience in Denver at a JJs and wanted to try them again. Was so glad I did. Honestly a little pricey but was certainly good amd great staff too! Will return. A+
We placed an order online an hour and a half ago, for asap delivery. 30 minutes ago, I called the store and was assured it was on the way. We live 6 minutes from the shop. At this point, it's pretty clear nothing is coming, as the phone lines go straight to a Verizon voice-mail. We won't be ordering from this location again!
Bad service all the time. Never can get my order right and they don't want to do the work to fix the problem.
I ordered from here at 6:30 tonight. I called at 7:55 to see when our food was going to be delivered. Was told the driver had 18 deliveries in his car and his car had been hit twice today and would get here when they can. It is now 8:30 and still no food. My wife called and was told that the food was delivered and they were closed. The male on the phone was going to give the phone to a Tina and someone in the background told him to hang up the phone because Tina had a rough day. So he hung up. We still don’t have food and already paid $61. We offered to come in and pick up our order and we’re told the line was broken down so we couldn’t. I hate complaining and try to avoid at all costs but we have been burned here in the past.
My 11 yr old daughter loves to order JJ’s out of her hard earned money. Today she included a chocolate chip cookie in her combo and was delivered an oatmeal raisin cookie. We called and explained it and was told they’ll bring her a chocolate chip cookie. Nobody came! It would have been better if they just wrote it in a book but to have my daughter waiting and looking out the window was an unnecessary disappointment.
Trouble ordering online. Staff weren't super helpful and they forgot a lot of how my coworker wanted her sandwich. Not worth the money for what I got.
