Ordered lunch today at 11:03.git a call from them at 12:44 telling me they didn't have a driver yet and wojkd send my food out fresh. Received my order at 2:13 pm. Definitely not freaky fast. This is complete crap.
My wife loves Jimmy John's sandwich, but everytime I order a Turkey Tom with Just meat, cheese, mayo and have them add bacon, they always still add lettuce and tomatoes. Tomatoes make me sick. Again, my wife loves it. I would like to get a sandwich without veggies.l, but it must not be an option.
Smh they messed up my order I called after the girl sat the phone down for 5 min someone else got on and said they would credit me my order I call back 8 days later the manager argued with me about it until I told her I have receipt and pictures so she was so unprofessional I didn’t want the food my coworker call and place a order with 8 meals and they messed up four of them and again was rude on the phone the receipt clear stated the correct order.How do u except the staff to not be rude when both managers are and so unprofessional after all this twice to get a sandwich corrected and the rudenesses. Our company will never eat there again maybe if they were not all on their phones they could have staff pay attention to the customers! Thanks but no thanks on jimmy johns and there unprofessional rude staff
Real cool place to get an awesome sandwich! Delivery on point everytime, thankyou... Especially that rocker girl with the cool orange car! She's in a metal band, should check her out @filth_spewer on ig!!! I'd give the place a 5 no problem but the c.r 6 Jjs is cooler!!! ;)
I'm very picky when it comes to my Jimmy John's order. And I'm not partial to having food delivered. But.... this Jimmy John's never gets my order wrong, and the delivery time is usually pretty fair. The delivery people are always kind.
Store check number 84 I ordered a sandwich without mayonnaise and as a cruel joke they sent 6 packets of Mayonnaise with it after i asked for mustard packets so i call them up and they said since nothing wrong with the sandwich there's nothing we can do and the packets are free so there's nothing we can do for you sorry $18 my bad customer service i guess i was expecting more thanks for the sandwich...
This is the only location that gets our order correct and the meat & cheese actually ON THE SANDWICH. Every time we come to this one the people are super friendly and helpful. Also it's always super clean! We have picked up from here multiple times and they're the only ones to get it right and always greet us and tell us to have a good day when we leave. The other ones we've been to hardly acknowledge us at all. Props to these employees!!!!!
