Good pizza but somewhat hard to get to if you don't know the drive. 6/29/22 have to say never had bad pizza from here but today was really good even my partner was impressed and he doesn't like pizza deep dish lots of cheese and had toppings I didn't have to wonder if they were there still having computer problems though have to work on that
Very disappointing. Pizza was over cooked and had hardly any cheese or toppings on it. Wings were terrible, all breading. Save your money and go else where.

I pulled up at 9:35 PM. The open sign was lit but the door was locked. So I called and was told that they stopped taking orders. So now I just received my Mod pizza, in the same plaza, and it’s a million times better than any Jet’s pizza.
Really disappointed in how the is store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes.I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver.I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store management asap.
My food never came! Ordered food, said it would take 40 mins. Waited an hour then decided to call to see if the driver was out for delivery. Lady was rude, said only one driver and there's a lot of orders. Okay, I understand. So I waited some more. Another hour goes by, hasn't came. Called again, lady said the driver just picked up the order and is on their way. Okay cool. They never came. Our pizza was supposed to be here at 6:35pm and its currently 9:40pm.

I placed a text order for the first and last time. The ordering process was smooth, but store service was not. I arrived at the store, after waiting the 25 minutes for completion. Then only to be told it wasn’t done, because only a phone number appeared on their incoming system…since there was no name, they choose not to make it. The gentleman that told me this was short and said it’s be another 15 minutes. It’s not my problem your system didn’t work, but an apology by store staff was in order and not received. Do Better!
